Smile xx Trigger Foods xx

I thought I would start a fresh thread about foods that can be a trigger M. Then hopefully we will all be able to be of help to each other. I noticed butter can be a trigger for me. So this will be off my menu now for sure. I know about the basics to stay away from like coffee, sugar, luncheon meats. It is a hen I have to cut things out because of this, it makes me think just how lucky everyone is before M.

hey Sweetie -

when you say it is a trigger food, what symptoms does that produce for you?

I think people will be vastly different here, depending on their underlying conditions. I have candida/mold and leaky gut .. so anything that feeds candida will be a problem for me (like carbs and sugars), although I can tolerate small amts of things.

With leaky gut, I have lots of food intolerances that would really be specific to me... and its pretty random stuff... like tomatoes, coffee, broccoli, etc.

Default Foods

Chocolate for me, and sugar, agave nectar, sometimes regular tea and I'm beginning to think rice might be a problem. Thankfully coffee hasn't bothered me yet.

I was meaning trigger meaning the sensations happening, I am still working on a diet to stop these from annoying me. I have got it down so far to the odd few ever once in a while I can cope with. I would like to find a way to remove these sensations from my life, but I think I am over expecting a miracle.
