| I've just had a really busy week and hadn't cleaned my bathroom since last Saturday. I use medicated talcum powder after showers because it really does seem to decrease the stinging sensations I get where clothing is snug. So there was a fine layer of powder on the bathroom counter and floor. I just cleaned the bathroom and found no black particles. None. Zip, zilch, nada. Nowhere. That's the first time since I moved here in May that there haven't been black particles. Maybe it was coincidence, maybe not. I think these particles are some kind of mold or fungus. Could something as simple as talcum powder really be a deterrent to their formation? |

| Yes, there's menthol in it. I mixed a floral scented powder with a medicated powder. But before I added medicated, I'd been using just the floral for months to decrease stinging and it had worked just as well for that. Maybe the addition of the medicated stopped the mold spores from forming. |
