It does work. So does YoPlus, but it's harder to find. Since I can't do the cleanses without dr. supervision, I do probiotic yogurt religiously and sometimes have it for dessert, too!

You could always conduct your own research maybe... This is what I do if I am not sure about some thing but be careful of bogus websites though. The wrong information can be damaging to ones health if they give the wrong advice.

All the cleanses advice to consult doctor from what I have noticed, it is good that you have made yourself better with diet alone. This just proves that all these artificial drugs the doctors prescribe try to compensate for a natural diet that is never going to happen of course.
