Thanks Jonsi, ... funny, i started taking oregano oil yesterday with my garlic,....ahhhhhh God's antibiotics...
Will definitely try your little concoction. Glad to hear you and your daughter are doing good!

Belle,....glad you found a dr. who believes... I know the neurological aspect of this horror is devastating.... I was there... I know tooooooo well, will be praying for you. I wish there was a quick fix that I could recommend, however I've been taking herbal combinations, targeting specifics..... what have you been doing so far?

Love kc

Default Magnesium

Hi Belle,

We know that morgies are often deficient in magnesium. Magnesium has a good effect on controlling anxiety (as well as good for bone, teeth, muscle and immune health ooo and energy!)

I take 400mg of magnesium citrate (its considered to be one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium)

Going back to work speeded up my 'recovery' - although hard at times. Before I started work, I prepared by doing the following:

- allocated five shelves, for 5 sets of clothes (working mon-fri)
- wore ski base layer
- thought of ways at work to get outside 3 times a day to 'shake down'
- planned my daily personal care regime from A-Z (inc.shopped for heaps of salt and dish liquid to bath/shower in)
- planned use of annual leave to take odd days off to just 'get by'

Jo

Yesterday my test kit arrived at the lab. The results take four weeks. My white blood count is up. That is good news. Since my CT and MRI are negative, no one will probably believe that the neuro symptoms are real. I was sort of ambivalent about the results--scared either way. I have to go back to work on the 23rd. I'm not sure I will be able to teach in this condition. I am exhausted and can't control my emotions. Any advice?

Default Oregano oil

Oregano and Oregano ess. oil ROCK!!!! I've been putting a few drops in everything that goes on my skin - it really helps.

Might want to try making your own Thieves Oil - you can use it to spray the house, bedding, body, ect..... you can also place the mixture into veggie caps and take it internally - this REALLY helps get rid of fungal load

Thieves essential oils
clove
lemon
cinnamon
eucalyptus
rosemary

*Thieves essential oils: combination of oils for natural antibacterial/fungal/viral effect

• Dissolve 10 drops in 8 oz. of distilled water and drink, three times a day.
• Recipe to prepare your own: 1oz clove: 1oz lemon: 30 drops cinnamon: 30 drops eucalyptus: 45 drops rosemary essential oils
• Mix in glass container.*
• Place 4 drops of solution in 4 ounces of green tea, 1 time per day.*

Use combination essential oils Environmental Spray below as an organic pesticide.
• Recipe: Mix 1oz geranium: 1oz peppermint: 1oz black pepper oil: 1oz cedar wood oil: 1oz rosewood: 1oz citronella essential oil
• Mix with 2 Gallons of Water and ½ Cup of Borax
• Put in spray bottle and mist home environment and animals.
• This works great as an insect repellant in small spray bottles.

How to use: Diffuse for short periods of time (1/2 hour or less) in the work or home environment.
Apply to the bottom of the feet or dilute with a Massage Oil Base for a stimulating massage under the arms and on the chest at the base of the neck.

Here are two recipes for Thieves Oil.

1. Equal amounts of eucalyptus, rosemary, cinnamon, clove and lemon. Mix with base of olive oil. I usually put a tablespoon of each in a 2 oz. bottle and then fill the rest with olive oil. you can make a larger batch in a quart jar following the same proportion method.

2. Same ingredients, but measured out in different strength's. Clove Bud Oil 200 drops, Lemon Oil 175 drops, Cinnamon Oil 100 drops, Eucalyptus Oil 75 drops, Rosemary 50 drops.

AGAIN, I ADD OREGANO ESS. OIL TO ALL OF THE ABOVE RECIPES AND IT REALLY IS AWESOME!
