Default Hey Cynical, Jim

Hi Cynical - I take tylenol 3, not every day. Maybe I'll get cough syrup.
Liver and Pancreas problems. Great. But seriously thanks for all the tips. I think I have some healthy magnesium. I did a big vitamin mineral shopping a few months ago before I was so broke. Good thing.

Hey Jim - the song is Aerosmith, 70s rock. I'm dating myself. They do a good cover of Dreamweaver.
Major Storm! Be safe. Any time a storm comes this way we have a dog drama. Try sleeping when a 100 lb dog is trying to crawl underneath you. LOL But its better than two 100lb dogs trying the same thing.

Hope everyone sleeps tonight.

Ooh dream weaver
I believe you can get me through the night
Ooh dream weaver
I believe we can reach the morning light
Fly me high through the starry skies
Maybe to an astral plane
Cross the highways of fantasy
Help me to forget today's pain

Default Hi Crash

Thanks for the song info. Yeah I know how scaredy cat dogs can be when it comes to thunder.

Also excessive thirst can be a sign of blood sugar problems which can deplete magnesium as well.

I remember taking a homeopathic sleep aid once. Worst night of sleep ever. I think a lot of it has to do with our chemistry at the moment.

Crashcourse be careful with mixing alcohol with Codeine especially if it contains acetaminophen as it can cause damage to your liver when combined.
I sometimes gets cramping hands and feet mostly. And about a month ago I took a percoset and got the twitching really more like spasms. Feared I was about to have a epileptic episode ( I don,t have epilepsy). That was in legs and arms. Arm jerked so hard I actually hit myself hard in the chin. Thanks all I,ll get some magnesium as well.

I find low dose Lorazapam, relaxes the muscles and helps that body jerking, cramping thing, which leaves you muscle fatigued like you've been fitting in the night. Melatonin is a great addition.
I sleep poorly even when the lesions aren't driving me batty. My last remembered dream was 5 years ago and I wonder at times how often I reach 5th stage REM. Or how long I get in 4th.
"Doctors recently found reasons to believe there is a link to the amount of REM sleep you get and how easily you can learn or remember things." <-- from a sleep site.
Sleep hits me like a sledgehammer, waking hits like slapping concrete. There is no gentle adjustment into either.
I tried sleeping pills, they made me race, kept me up for 3 days.
Rainy nights or storms seem to make sleep easier to come by. It's a good night if I manage 3 hours.
