For about the past 3 - 4 weeks, my feet and a little in my hands, there is such great movement. These guys are especially large or are bonding together. Sometimes it feels like I have sandals on (tight sandals). The kind of sandals that go around your ankle and a band by your toes (not between).

Anyway, TMI, sometimes these bands tighten really hard. I cannot seem to find anyway or thing to help/stop, so I just rock and groan.

Also, because my feet are mostly numb, I slide or step out of my shoes. That is except for tying tennis shoes. I think that I will be spending most time at home unless I get some help.

Thanks for anything you can tell me.

Hi hellalone,

I don't recall if this has been posted, it probably has, but when I had constant movement, I would take a very hot bath with spirits of camphor. I read something about it briefly, but when I laid down it it, all these bubbles started coming from my head and body, the first time it creeped me out so bad because I could feel things coming out of me, I jumped up out of the bath..
I agree the epsom salt baths are great too. I also did baths with dead sea salt,.....baking soda..... borax( small amount).

I get cramps in my feet every time its too cold. Lately I've been getting poor circulation, my whole leg falls asleep, and my rumpcheeks.

For a quick fix of a charlie horse, I drink some pickle juice, or baking soda with water. I've gotten painful ones that I couldn't handle, and couldn't make it to a bath.

love and prayers,kc

Default Fiber Issues

Hellalone I think this post will be helpful to you as it discusses the possible causes of fibers and how they may be involved in these symptoms you described in your post. This post is written by 2manyfibers who also has had some of the same symptoms you are describing along with the body pain. His first post will also link you to two additional discussions. 2many fibers has also written about nutrition and morgellons so you might want to reread some of his old posts to see if anything might help you. I also have posted a link to his nutrition thread here. This is a good thread as there is a lot of useful information to be found on it:

I had really bad leg cramps until I started taking mineral supplements and drinking more water. I teach school so I can't drink as much water as I need. I have to ask, how do you stand to take tub baths. I can see them swimming around after they exit me and they swim back toward me. They are translucent and disgusting. Pouring rubbing alcohol into the water made them go crazy. It was beyond gross.

Default Wow! Great posts. Great information.

Thanks to everyone for all the good stuff. I know it will help me deal with this awful feeling.

I have done the soaking of my feet with with epsom salts. It seems to relax me and my feet for a few hours. And I do not drink enough water.

I am glad you, tcmzpt gave us all that information on charlie horses. I was going to write to ask what one was. Most of the info that yall gave sounds really good and I will try them.

Thanks Hella

This is painful. This never happened until the ole morgellons hit and wondering if any one else is experiencing this. Janice
Janice it is so strange that I am reading this today! I was awake until 3 am with cramps/ charlie horses in my toes, both feet, both legs, both hands, right side of ribcage. HORRIBLE.....
I walked, went into epsom salt soak, massaged, used healting pad, cried, prayed and I think fell to sleep with exhaustion. I have experienced these after getting "M" . I am well aware of the need for hydration, potassium, magnesium. stretching, etc to avoid these but I also experience severe crawling while these spasms occur. I believe they are connected.
I cannot believe otherwise no matter how I think it through.

Yeah, I know it is frightning! It must have been double weird when you couldn't get out of the bath tub. My feet just curl up and I can't walk. Under my rib cage was the most frightning.
I had no idea when I asked the question of charlie horses that so many others were having the same symtoms. I think we all nead to get our selves to an infectious disease doctor soon. Doc seams to have found a good one, I am going to the University of Miami infectious disease dept. next tuesday. The symtoms are getting more and more of a concern. Do you live near a university Martisalle? Janice

Default does any one else have this...

About the same time I became aware of iching and scratching, just prior to that my elbows turned very dark and patchy with thick skin like a big callus on them. It some times flakes off a bit , but always returns. My elbows are very dark, this is just not dry elbows in need of scrub or loompha. Janice

Interestingly, the elbow is where some of these fellas hide. Sometimes I think it may have been a good thing that my case was so bad as a lot of whatever this is worked out of my body in the first year or so. One day I woke up with some blood and what looked like lymph fluid on the sheet along with a very sore elbow. It was another time I used black cancer salve constantly. A lot of worm like things came out along with the one center worm I always see, which is larger than anything else. What it is or was will never be known, as even today no one is truly studying what we have. This was even more true four years ago. Some days I am just thankful to still be alive as without a lot of herbs and various salves and later some meds from a doctor, I am fairly sure I would not be here.

I am glad I asked! You know I hate the way my elbows look, but I wasn't sure if it was just age that was doing this or if it was all part of this craziness. I am very happy you are so much better TCM. Possibly if I get a good doc at u of m I will be on the road to recovery along with you. Janice
