Default Something new I noticed about us

Some here maybe all may just blow me completely out of the water on this one. Maybe some others have already noticed it. Maybe I,m just tired and illusional. For the first time in my life I may have heard voices this morning Two people talking in my house I almost knew what were saying, and no one was up at the time but me. Lasted for 5 seconds tops. Thought I had an intruder ( Scary).

I,ve been reading of a few posters from here (back threads and posts) and noticed that most here have no problem with spelling (I do), but with short words like "the" they quite often come out "teh" we all can follow the sentence and know they meant "the" but its the small words that the letters are misplaced. The larger harder words and more thought out seem to be right,I don,t want to give many examples but one more would be "stoer" meaning "store". I,ve seen this in many posts from a mix of all posters, no one specific. Are our fingers now out of sync with our brains. Just something I noticed. Any thoughts or just me?

I took another salt bath today, that last intense one must have hurt me. To much for to long, this one a normal 2 cups, 20 minute soak, ten minutes after drying off i was fatigued again just not as badly as before. Last time took three days to get over, this time a day. And no Goop residue in tub.

Jim

Have not heard voices but can totally relate to the spelling thing mention. I also seem to use words that sound the same but have different meanings in the wrong way now where I never had that problem before. I find myself having to proof read things multiple times. I still miss things sometimes.

I have had that reaction to the baths before too. Are you using a pure salt?

Default could be...

brain fog... about the hte. Voices being heard are beyond my experience... well at least concerning M. maybe a hypersensitivity as we all probably are now. What i was curious about is the salt baths... Which kind of salt are you using? I have benefited from both common types... table salt and EPSOM ( which is Magnesium Sulfate ) can really cause you to feel drained... but in a good way....
also from wikipedia....

Oral magnesium sulfate is commonly used as a saline laxative. Epsom salt is also available in a gel form for topical application in treating aches and pains.

Indications for its use are

Replacement therapy for hypomagnesemia.[5]

Magnesium sulfate is the first-line antiarrhythmic agent for torsades de pointes in cardiac arrest under the 2005 ECC guidelines and for managing quinidine-induced arrhythmias.[6]

As a bronchodilator after beta-agonist and anticholinergic agents have been tried, e.g. in severe exacerbations of asthma.[7]

Recent studies have revealed that magnesium sulfate can be nebulized to reduce the symptoms of acute asthma.[7]

It is commonly administered via the intravenous route for the management of severe asthma attacks.
A 2004 research study showed that both magnesium and sulfate are absorbed through the skin when bathing in 1% w/v solution.[8]

Magnesium sulfate can be used to treat eclampsia in pregnant women.[9]

Magnesium sulfate can also delay labor in the case of premature labor, to delay preterm birth.[10]

[11]
Intravenous magnesium sulfate may be able to prevent cerebral palsy in preterm babies.[12]

Solutions of sulfate salts such as Epsom salt may be given as first aid for barium chloride poisoning.[13]

Magnesium sulfate paste has been used as an agent for dehydrating (drawing) boils, carbuncles, and abscesses.[14]

Magnesium sulfate solution has also been shown to be an effective aid in the fight against blemishes and acne when applied directly to problematic areas, usually in poultice form.[15]

If combined with water and made into a cream, it can be applied to the face to remove blackheads.
Magnesium sulfate, when used through soaking, can soothe muscle pains and help improve rough patches in the skin.[16]

Soaking in a warm bath containing Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) can be beneficial to soothe and relieve herpes outbreak symptoms, such as itching and lesions relating to genital herpes and shingles.[17]

Hi cynical,
I,m having to use Quote just to read and answer you. So I can read and type them. Makes me mad at me.

Yes "Proof read mulitple times" Heck I,ve been doing it since I,ve been here. Takes me an hour to write a paragraph now and I won creative writing, first place in my high school one year, third the next.

The salt I use Is "Morton,s Purified Pool Salt" But just recently was using Table salt.

Man you rerplied quickly Thanks. Jim

Jim as for the voices, only listen in on them if they are giving up the 6 numbers.

You may be hearing the sounds that come with tinnitus, they can be varied.

Hi Jim,

Did you notice less long term fatigue because you used the different pool salt or was it the same just less of it?

Wonder if this can be purchased pre-made or you just have to make it yourself.

Default magnesium sulfate paste....

Hi Cyn...
I used to make a paste of epsom salt and vinegar to apply topically.... Basically just a handful of salt with just enough vinegar to make the mixture pasty... would apply and leave on (avoid getting it in your eyes) for 20 minutes or so..... I think NOW i would use the salt with liquid enzymes and perhaps a good antibiotic/antifungal essential oil....just a drop or two... not too much. and/or mix a bit of baking soda with the epsom salt.... I have had good success with both.

Hi Jim,

I haven't noticed the voices either, Well... except the ones saying, "Send Baraka Obamm oney." I think it means "honey," as in organic honey for protein shakes or something. OK... just joking about the last part - in reality no voices.

I type "teh," etc. all the time. In my case it is because I am on a netbook and the keyboard is very small. Ever since I switched from my big lap top to this smaller one I make mass typos. I dont usually bother correcting them. (I just left off the apostrophe on "dont" again from typing very quickly, but on a tiny, tiny keyboard.)

So, for my case it is just wanting to type very fast, but losing some skills w the smaller key board. The change of proportion of the keyboard thros me off a bit, but I really like the convenience.
