Something New In The Tub

Hi Folks,

Have not been to this forum in a week or so and haven,t read very many postings in a couple of weeks so I missed on the bad mouthing or whatever it was all about. Plus I,m a new member and have only posted a few times. Sorry all that went down and hope it all gets straightened.

Something happened after I got out of a two hour heavy salt bath, have never read of this in any Morgellons forum.I,ve been to very many Morg sites but have only joined this one. About the time I joined here I started buying Pool Salt in 40lb bags from Walmart found in the gardening section. Having this much salt I threw in 8 double handsful of salt. Two hour soak. Drained the tub dried off then looked in the tub to see if any bugs came out. Did not see any. Feeling bug free for a while now. Well on the floor of the tub was a gooey light grayish goop about three tablespoons full. Several times that amount proabally went down the drain. I touched it and it was very stringy like elmeres glue. Did not rinse the tub wanted to see it again after drying. The next morning I looked and it had turned paper white with a very light blueish tint on top. Was now a very fine powder like substance. Even seemingly finer than talcum powder. It was in no way related to the salt. This is pool salt and has been purifed. Plus there has never been this before or after with the same salt. I normally use a half box of table salt and a 20 tho 40 minute soak. This one was extreem.

Knowing our bodies defences are in overdrive fighting this thing we call Morgellons and giving it several days of thought I began to wonder if this might be spent and dead white blood cells. I did a google images search on this. All I could find in white bloods cells were artists drawings and no real magnified images. But every one showed a small light blue dot on top of the cells.

I,ve been very lucky and have not experienced very much if any of the fatigue that so many here suffer from. But within one hour of this bath and goop release, I was so drawn out and fatigued I could barley fuction. Brain fog real bad. This lasted for three days. Could not even cook a meal. For these days it was potted meat sandwiches and pork and beans for me. Mostly just lied in bed or did a little computer surfing. For me this is super freaky having never read anyone having this experience. Sorry for the length but wanted to be through. I,m going to the emergency room and beg for a complete fungal workup. I'm not familiar w pool salt. I used epsom. I do know ABSOLUTELY that it is when you can do those longer soaks - 2 hours and more that even more freaky stuff comes out.

(BTW, for ppl reading this who have lots of "things" come out right away that seem to try to push right back in thru ur skin, when I ahd that happen I would keep draining and refilling hte tub until it lessened. Then soak as long as possible.)

The more salt u put, the better.

But again, I wonder if your reaction is from a chemical used in pool salt. Please check it very carefully. I did have all strange THINGS come out.. some were like slugs that were sucking onto the tub bottom and I had to pull them off hard... some were otehr shapes,... and I had weird goos and things, but nothing exactly as you are describing.

My guess tho is the powder is the salt and the color is some type of toxin or mold, etc that was drawn out of your skin and/or body.

Be careful!!! Let us know all the ingredients in pool salt and the purity. If there are additives consider trying epson and/or sea salt. I use table salt once and a while but it does not work as well.

Oh, also, do you have high blood pressure?? Remember, the salt absorbs into your body thru the skin.

Finally, please let us know how you are doing. Good to have you back, but you picked the PERFECT time to be gone, lol. Nice to hear from u again.

Fracty the slugs you found may have been like mine. Mine were waxy like 3 to 5 cm very super sticky casings. Found out they were Thrip cocoons. Do you ever see sma,, flying insects in you home that were never before this thing. If so they may be Thrips. I found several in the tub afer my first few salt baths. Then finally saw one fly out from my hair after a bath in front on a mirow then the waxy caseing was stuck in my hair. Heck to pull loose.

The pool salt is pure salt no chemicals added. Funny and glad you saw the blood pressure thing. Good thinking. I had thought of that but only for others. I,m blessed to have normal to some low blood pressure and have been checking it at the Kmart machine. But its impressive that you thought that quickly and mentioned it. Cool! Thanks for speaking up. u know I'm not sure about the thrips. Janice has a thread about that btw. But when I FIRST got this I did not have flying things at my home. But just before I stayed one month in a hotel w ppl who had parasites, but also one person kept commenting about these white things that were everywhere in the air there and coming off of the white cotton towels.

It is just so confusing, because I was exposed to a bunch of different things all right around the same time. The place where I was living was suddenly filled w bugs that kept biting me. They seemed ot ahve come off the billions of birds that the landlord had right in front of my door. I also was bit by at least two ticks but did not realize what they were at the time.

Birds and bugs may mean Bird Mites. Very tiny scabbie like insects that can burrow under the skin. Meaner and harder ever to get rid of than scabbiie mites. Scabbie and bird mites are related to Ticks but much smaller. Sometimes called "No See Ums"

Thrips are a light color almost a whitish cream color. Their casings are waxy greyish small and once hatched almost flattened out looking, well slug looking. I also found several in the tub that were stuck and thought it was a weird life form at first. Then once seeing a live thrip leave my hair I began deeper surfing of the net and realised it was a thrip cacoon left behind from a hatching. The salt drove it mad. Forced it to early hatch and fly out after the bath. Some thrips species lay cacoons and some do not.

I do not mention everything I,ve learned in only a few posts because I do not ever want to come off a a newbie know it all come along. No one would take my post seriously then. Its through sites like this that have enlightened me so well. And yes I,m still afraid and confused to. Fungus once in the blood stream is usually life threatening. Gets in the organs and esp. lungs. Ever heard of bacterial meningitis , well there is such a thing as
fungal meningitis and if it crosses the blood brain barrier line survival is about the same as the bacterial type. Poor! 24 to 48 hours.

I,ve babbled enough and Fracty thank you for speaking to me. You are so kind and helping and smart. Thanks. I,ll be here for another hour or so and try to be back tomorrow evening. Thanks!. Oh wow Jim!!! I had that same thing happen - for the SECOND time!! And they are charging me $500!!

It has gotten so corrupt in LA lately from a few politicians.

The first one I got was a new one, jsut a few blocks down from two similar set ups that have been here forever, where you have to either stop or pull up ot the first line and wait. Well, they suddenly change a road I have driven on for years, and put up a very similar scenario. The lght changes very suddenly and I am in the middle of the first intersection. It only seems logical to pull thru to the first line, like all of the others - but NO, I was supposed to stop in the middle of the intersection.

The camera flashes and I owe $500. The only way to fight it is to immedialtey pay all the cash and then try to fight it to get your money BACK, knowing that you will very possibly be charged more. Teh only other option is to stall as long as possible, then go to court w a judge who will not hear what happened, and be told if you plead no contest he will lower the whatever charge down. I had no cash (because I've spent everything on M and did not wokr for months) so I have a million hours of community service. Also, for the ppl that plead "no contest" once they get to the window they add in some new fee so then the ticket is right back up to the first amount but you cannot fight it now.

For the one I jsut got last week I was turning left, but an ambulance came. I could not turn and pull to the side (I thoguht) because I would have crossed the ambulance path. I also thought I cuold not go the wrong direction and pull across two lanes of traffic on the street I was on. I also could not back up.

The ambulance slowed and took forever to go thru the intersection so when I turned it was red, but I had no othe option. I saw the camer flash so now i have another $500 ticket, but it was the only appropriate thing to do in that situation. Like I said, I could have pulled forward as I was ALREADY donig, but then the ambulance would have had to wait for me. I thoguth what I did was the most ethical things, and seriously at some point it is just an emergency judgement call. the system ahs become super corrupt here.

About the other sutff, yes I do think I was exposed to bird mites. Also I know I was bit by at least two ticks. I think the hotel had the thrips, oor at least something white and floaty. So I got it three times.

The good news is I moved and am not being exposed to thsoe things now.

Only dog parasites now. lol.

Yes, yes I see those white paint looking things all the time. Very leary of them, but I'm leary of everything these days. Does anyone ever see little (like half inch long and maybe sixteenth inch wide) green plastic like strips laying around at times? They have cross hatching on them if you look with mag glass. They are not from fake xmas tree either, but if you didn't look real good, you would think so.

When you add so much of anything to water you will have residue.

I do not care what it is if it was a xolid there will be somthing left in that tub.

You may want to read up on it, here is one site about the pros and cons of such pools.

A simple thought it could be the salt reacting to the clorine
in the water or other chemicals added to our drinking water

Hi JimDoe,I'm thinking maybe it was yeast.I did a detox once and when I soaked in the tub ,I could scrape it off.It was like an oily powder ,when wet anyway.
