Thanks for writing. To this day, I am not certain whether Morgellans' is an actual entity. I am VERY interested in what they find at UCSF, especially if the contents of the matchbox (if you have one) are submitted to the pathology department. Best wishes.

This is a reply from an awesome, non-profit Dr that just loves helping people. In my research I kept getting the PATHGUY website which is way out of my brain's league. So I wrote him one simple question and told him about the CDC and my lab rat experiance.

He at least replied. See above.

Hi Anna,,,,I dont know what to make of the "matchbox" statement,,,,but him replying in this way to me,,,,sounds like he is a "bring me a sample to my Dr"s office,,and I"ll label ya D.O.P".,,kinda guy....
But thats just how I read through the reply back..........
I guess its just how ya read through it,,,,,,its just when a so called Dr,, says "matchbox",,,he is usually old schooled,,and hardheaded,,,and ALWAYS knows whats wrong with ya,,MORE than you do,,even without lookin!! lol

As a pathologist,,I find it way too hard to believe that he hasnt SEEN this "entity" before.........,,also..........
Im not sayin he is a bad guy,,,its just what I get out-a the reply.......

I am very excited. I sent the Path Guy a reply email that contained 5 photos. I picked my best. He replied again.

"Thank you VERY much for the photos. I would LOVE to subject them to microscopic examination. Was this done?"

#1- At least this Dr is cool enough to reply. Let alone, now asking questions so that he can help us, me.

This is my reply tonight. . . .

"No Sir. I took the photos here and have thousands of them with a digital zoom on a Nikon. Kaiser took a few skin samples and they came back ok or twice with e coli and klebsella from my face and ear, external. My nine year old daughter has had minor skin boils and one was tested. All that Kaiser could provide was that it WAS NOT Ringworm. No further info and I did not want to scare her or put her through endless visits.

The pictures I have show all the stages. It's or the life cycle, as I call it.

I've attached a few more. Though gross, whenever I become bedridden, my stool looks like string or worm-ish. These have grown from 1-1/2" to 8" as you can see by photo 1 and 2. This comes and goes with my attacks.

**** Let me say this as the biggest fan of kicking the crap out of several sarcastic snotty pooh head Drs, this Dr Freidman - The Path Guy is really cool and at least shows some kindness by humoring me. Without charging me or labeling me a nut.

Keep writing and cutting and pasting to Obama becasue he signed the bill as a Senator to start investigating Morgellons so he must be aware. Keep hounding them please. With me. Together. As you just read, my daughter is now showing signs.

Plus I met a lady at CVS last night. She was behind me and as they always do, "What are you doing with all that alcohol and peroxide?" I usually say I have a drug lab, then go into it. But I told he in a serious semi-mature manner (difficult) vs my joke'n way, that I am very sick. I tell her the yada yada.

She pauses, teary eyed. He daughter, 40ish, a teacher, in Bay Area is sick and has been for 3 years. Staff Infec, Menapause, Auto-Immune, to now Fibromyalcia. OK, what got her was in my song n dance I state, I was part of an investigation here in the Bay area of a disease that effects a large percentage of teachers and nurses. She saw my hidious face. Her daughters face is the exact same. ALl the time. Tired. Leg swelling. Kust like me.

So, I wrote the info for her and told he to fight after reading about Morgellons and if she agrees with what she has read call me and fight with me at KAiser. She goes to mine and lives a few blocks from me.

I want to thank you for your bravery and persistence. We've communicated via private email for a couple of years....guess who....lol...

Anyway, that lust for hockey is probably what is nourishing your spirit to FIGHT and not lie down and let them run over you. You have my support and admiration.

This has gone way too far. NO ONE IS TRYING TO TALK ANNA INTO OR OUT OF ANYTHING. You turn every thread, every post into an attack on Staninger.
You should be ashamed of yourself. Do you really think for a moment that because someone recognizes the efficacy of Staninger's methods that they don't support other lines of investigation?
I have been coordinating our Tampa Support Group for going on two years. The meeting is held in a traditional doctors office, and she is present. She is very involved with Morgellons patients and trying to learn everything she can. We have mutual respect, and she is very interested in how I got so "well".
Last year I donated $12,000 to Dr. Wymore at OSU for specific studies that were to be parcelled out to independent labs. I am NOT wealthy, I just care tremendously about getting to the bottom of this insanity....despite my own exceptional recovery.
Is any of this sinking in? You need to stop sabotaging people's efforts to find healing. If her methods fail, that will be all the "proof" needed. She's been involved with M since 2006, and so far all that has happened is that more people are getting better.
So - PLEASE - just stop this. You are beginning to look like someone who is genuinely dangerous.
