Smile 3rd Morgellons Conference in Austin was just too great!

Hello to everyone,
This is a quick note as I am still traveling homeward. The conference was over the top wonderful. Being with and meeting others (again or for the first time in person) was so emotional. That is worth the trip alone. If ya haven't been to a conference please try to come to next year. I will start saving when I get home for next year. They are only getting better and better! The friends I have made are life-long and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Here are a few highlights:
-- Dr. Wymore reported that an agrobacteria study DID NOT significatenly reveal agro as a prime vector. Dr. Stricker said that Dr. Vitaly had applied for a grant to further research agro findings, but was turned down.

-- Dr. Wymore had problems getting a lab to accept Morgellons specimens for the "shotgun DNA" anaylsis. Seems that these labs did not want to expose their employees! He succeeded in locating a lab and has sent these specimens off about 2 weeks ago. He is in high hopes that preliminary reports may be in soon.

-- CDC issues: the BSC, CCID advisory counsel meets 2 x year. The next meeting is in May and it is felt that the big announcement will be then. I called the CDC today and the meeting is May 19 and 20 in Atlanta, Ga. Any one for a road trip?
This should be our next rally. I'm game and getting my tires dusted off and window washed for the trip.

-- Joni Mitchell sent a message to everyone. Please read her song lyrics "Sire of Sorrow" which she dedicated to Morgellons patients everywhere.

Well, I am just worn out. I have to rest a bit before getting onward toward Memphis. I'll stop on the way and try to check in, again.

Love and prayers to all,
Sunny

The Sire Of Sorrow (Job's Sad Song)

by Joni Mitchell

Let me speak let me spit out my bitterness
Born of grief and nights without sleep and festering flesh
Do you have eyes?
Can you see like mankind sees?
Why have you soured and curdled me?
Oh you tireless watcher! What have I done to you?
That you make everything I dread and everything I fear come true?

Once I was blessed; I was awaited like the rain
Like eyes for the blind, like feet for the lame
Kings heard my words, and they sought out my company
But now the janitors of Shadowland flick their brooms at me
Oh you tireless watcher! What have I done to you?
that you make everything I dread and everything I fear come true?

(Antagonists: Man is the sire of sorrow)
I've lost all taste for life
I'm all complaints
Tell me why do you starve the faithful?
Why do you crucify the saints?
And you let the wicked prosper
You let their children frisk like deer
And my loves are dead or dying, or they don't come near
(Antagonists: We don't despise your chastening
God is correcting you)

Oh and look who comes to counsel my deep distress
Oh, these pompous physicians
What carelessness!
(Antagonists: Oh all this ranting all this wind
Filling our ears with trash)
Breathtaking ignorance adding insult to injury!
they come blaming and shaming
(Antagonists: Evil doer)
And shattering me
(Antagonists: This vain man wishes to seem wise
A man born of asses)
Oh you tireless watcher! What have I done to you?
That you make everything I dread and everything I fear come true?

(Antagonists: We don't despise your chastening)
Already on a bed of sighs and screams
And still you torture me with visions
You give me terrifying dreams!
Better I was carried from the womb straight to the grave
I see the diggers waiting, they're leaning on their spades

(Antagonists: Man is the sire of sorrow
Sure as the sparks ascend)
Where is hope while you're wondering what went wrong?
Why give me light and then this dark without a dawn?
(Antagonists: Evil is sweet in your mouth
Hiding under your tongue)
Show your face!
(Antagonists: What a long fall from grace)
Help me understand!
What is the reason for your heavy hand?
(Antagonists: You're stumbling in shadows
You have no name now)
Was it the sins of my youth?
What have I done to you?
That you make everything I dread and everything I fear come true?
(Antagonists: Oh your guilt must weigh so greatly)
Everything I dread and everything I fear come true
(Antagonists: Man is the sire of sorrow)
Oh you make everything I dread and everything I fear come true

Wow !

Thank you Sonny!!!! that is awesome!!!!

I'm going to start a new thread about something you said ("Dr. Wymore reported that an agrobacteria study DID NOT significatenly reveal agro as a prime vector. "). I don't want to pull this one off track.

I didn't realize Joni Mitchell has suffered from "M" so long. This song/album was recorded back in 2002.

Thank you Joni.

In the white light,

Jonsi,

That Album with the song "The Sire of Sorrow" was released in 1994. She may have written the song even earlier.

Here is a link called "Song Meanings" uner the album picture.

At the end of the Lyrics, people are commenting on what
they think the song is about..

Nobody has mentioned Morgellons.

Perhaps we could/should comment?

Original Release Date: October 25, 1994

The album called: Turbulent Indigo

Here is the FIRST comment:

"So I know this song is supposed to be Job's argument with God. That aside [I know. That was the meaning.] Whenever I feel like I've been tossed a raw deal, I listen to this song. Joni puts not only her heart on her sleeve, but the hearts of everyone who hears her. This is an example of that work. "

Thanks so much for the update Sunny.

Puplic awareness is so important. Thank you to Joni Mitchell for such a wonderful dedication. This is really important, adding validity and credability to Morgellons. I look forward to seeing the CHEF sharing Jonis' dedication on thier public website too. Wouldn't it be something to see the dedication on a future release

Default Thanks for the report, Sunny

Today's messages have given me so much hope. I am not taking this mess lying down!! I live in Savannah and I would love to get to Atlanta (which we southerners call Hotlanta) but it is the middle of the week and my principal will have a duck. BTW, is Dr. Wymore available online for questions?

I worked with Mark Darrah while he was researching morgellons at Stony Brook University. Professor Vitaly Citovsky (Department of Biochemistry and Cell Biology) at Stony Brook University was contacted for clarification.

Professor Vitaly Citovsky gave me permission to share his statement in regards to Sunny's information posted above:

"Not true. I have not applied for any grants related to MORGELLONS."
