| well, i kinda took a turn for the worst, but the good news is that doctors ARE recognizing this now.my dad, told the entire elks lodge i had parasites,( yeah, like it wasnt hard enough getting a date living with my DAD) but he did send me to the most respected dermatologist in santa maria, dr. moats... he is very good.. he put me on new meds that make me feel very weak, but thats ok if my body is actually fighting this. now.. few tricks ive learned. 1..i put my dogs bed into the dryer at high heat every other day or so, this kills buggys, without hurting the dog. 2 clean clean clean clean clean!! swiffer mops are the BOMB for those stupid 'popcorn celings' 3 once i pulled wallpaper from the 'nasty room,' lets call it, i had a huge breakout. but after changing my mattress and repainting the room, ( i used a steamer to remove old wallpaper, then repainted entire room) ive had almost no break outs.. PEOPLE, dont give up. the specialists ARE hearing us!!! God be with us all, but the doctors that matter ARE paying attention....

| That's wonderful news Jane. I am glad to hear you are doing better. Sorry about your dad blurting it out at the Elks lodge about the parasites, but even though the price is a few dates it's good to know your dad cares about you and is sending you to a doctor who is listening to you and helping. If you do get a date with a guy who knows, well then you will know you have a real gem. Good luck to you with everything.

| I have found that leprosy drug Rifampicin is highly effective, along with Bactrim and Ivermectin. You may also want to powder your dog with the edible variety of Diatomaceous Earth (it's a white powder that kills morgellons and is less annoying than flea powder). I'm being treated by Dr. Bradley J. Friedman in Los Angeles, in case your doctor wants to share notes. |

| thanks for the info on the Dr and the drugs Kira. I would consider seeing him for myself, but I do not have any lesions (unless I have a few under my hair that I can't see) so I don't think there would be any point in my going to see him, unless you think he is skilled w the deeper, systematic aspects of the illness. JaneDoe, what med did your Dr put you? |

| I don't care to be the bearer of bad news, however, has anyone taken a good look at these either wet or dry wipes you put on the mops? I have. The fibers move. When you take one off the mop head, check the corners of the mop head for fibers. I also noticed as I mopped the floor that fibers were left on the floor. Or just tug a little at the wipes you put on the mop head. You should be able then to see the fibers and their movement. I was terribly disappointed because this was such an easy way to quickly wipe floors and really helpful for anyone with physical limitations. As I said, I don't care to bear bad news, but I'd rather let anyone know if they are unawaredly putting more fibers of whatever sort in their home.

| Posey, I know exactly what you are talking about. I have looked at them with a magnifier before even using them and see what you see. Some brands worse then others on the wipes. There was one brand that I cleaned the kitchen counters with and it left more then it picked up. It would be interesting to find the patent on them and see what they are made of? Macrofiber? Bacillius Subtilis? sorry if spelling is wrong. The dry ones are static charged to attract and tramp the dust according to them that is most likely why move the way they do. There are all sorts of things that are stuffed with the same looking stuff including comforters. Most likely very well covered somewhere on here I know the Bacillius Subtilis is. My question is what was the fiber used in after it development was completed. I was just reading something on which direction of the twist depending on nutrients but it was a bit above my concentration at the current moment. I try not to look to close at things sometimes because no one else seems to get it and I can't spend my life looking at it. If it makes me itch now after trying everything I can I toss it. Bt cotton has that affect on me. Pretty hard to find any cotton free of that now. There is a site called raglady.com I think. They sell lint free towels for cleaning and the type used by surgeons. I think I might order some of those and see if the dust factor does not improve.

| Janedoe, Did they mention mold exposure? If it occurred when removing bad wallpaper that would be my number one suspect. I have broke many times after exposure to high mold levels. I think that is why mainly only my face neck and head are now affected because I keep pretty much the rest covered whenever possible and wash my hands often. Mold also makes fibers like so many other lovely organisms.
