Wikipedia Write-Up on Morgellons

Was hoping to get a second opinion on the Wikipedia definition of Morgellons. It has been quite awhile ago but I did read into it pretty far, if not entirely. A couple of things stood out, that I have not forgotten and was wondering if by any chance anyone else had read the article (or write-up) and could offer their opinion as to whether it could be true or not. Any of it, really?
