Benefits of Coconut Oil

I just started on coconut capsules two weeks ago. brand is emerald labortories also. I still want to purchase the one to add to all my foods. You guys made me hungry.....
I have noticed a big difference in taking the 4 capsules a day. It has helped tremendously with fungus/bacteria coming out in my apple cider vinegar and iodolized salt baths twice a day. First day was a nightmare. After one month of doing this, I am still getting like 20-50 out of me and my skin.
I am also taking ortho biotic. One a day vitamin, and in the morning I drink a mixture of de/bentonite/phyllium husk powder/and 8 oz water...The bentonite traps them /de kills them/ and the fiber makes you, you know.lol/
I have taken alot of antiparasite drugs in the begining and cleanses, and acidophillus etc. I just finished last month on the fluckonazle for 2 weeks of 150 mg a day...
I need to start up again on my xstrength enzymes and vitamins....
I know you have to only do it for couple weeks due to them getting immuned to it, than start again month or so later.
