| As all do, I recently tried a new cream and it really brings those white things out/off of me. It is unbelievable how much comes out. It tends to irritate whatever is in/on me though so I don't use it at night. I bought it at Swanson's and this is the link: Swanson Ultra Clear Complexion Cream 2 fl oz (59 ml) Cream - Swanson Health Products After having it on for awhile, I then use paper towel to wipe it off and use a little pressure. You can see the white things on top of the skin but more come out with pressure. I then wash with Dr. Bonner's soap; peppermint or lavendar, but I'm not so sure it mayyers which one. On my face there are dried white things which did not come off the first time around but as I keep using it they come off. I try to do this 2 x day. Dr. Bonner's Lavendar Moisturizer brings long things out of me, as well as fibers. I say out of me becuase I believe this crap is in the tissue and not only skin deep. Some of the long stuff looks slimy and shiny. Never in my life, or my worst nightmare, did I ever think I would be writing this about my own body. Oh yea, sometimes I use sharp and/or dull side of a small parring knife to scrape off lotion or cream.

| Thanks for the tip, Posey. I'm always making recommendations to people who don't visit these boards. It's a good price, unlike so many other lotions/creams/ointments ($5.84). It's only a 2 ounce jar, though. How far does that go? Somebody told me yesterday about a cream called "Badger" Badger - Natural and Organic Beauty Balms The anti-bug balm is the one she recommended. She said she had a phenomenal purge from it. SS |

| Tea tree oil will bring these out as well but then it almost looks like you have a burn from it after. The next day it quickly scabs over but I once read that whatever this is it can mimick and replicate skin tissue. I end up peeling of layers of this "fake skin" the very next day. Normal skin tissue does cover an entire wound over night. |
