Pityrosporum yeast, lesions on my back

After having these things for YEARS (even before the eruptions on my head) a dermatologist FINALLY biopsied the lesions on my back.

Result: Pityrosporum yeast.

He gave me anti fungals (which during the lyme treatment seemed to help them clear up) but they did not really help this time.

he then injected them with corticosteroids and that made them worse!

he says they are now granulomas and the antifungals won't help.

I just don't knkow people. id ont get it.

I share your frustration, Sprite. I wonder if it has anything to do with aerobic vs anaerobic....as with some forms of virus.

This is all so, so, so complex.

I'm sorry you are going through this again, you've been through so much already.

I don't know what's going on either. The "Med" people keep saying how pharmaceutical medicine works for them, but they keep on coming back saying they are trying something new...

Seriously, homeopathic and natural medicine has worked for me and my young daughter. Getting desensitized to food allergens was a big key... Eating healthy, getting outdoors (vitamin D), prayer/meditation/music, eco-vie/bug arrest, lyphatic massage, ionic-pro air filters, lasar light therapy (for lymes), I've said it all before here.... It is too complicated!

But big pharma has no idea. I hope I don't have to get medical insurance imposed by Obama, cuz it won't cover the natural/homeopathic doctors that have "fixed" us.
