How can you tell the difference between a hair protruding from the skin and one of these fibers?

Without powerful magnification, you really can't. If you have the equipment, you can google "hair" to see what a normal hair looks like.

I recall your image of a whisker, with the fungal-looking material wrapped around it. So I guess you do have the equipment.

You really should get the '09 dvd to see Dr. Wymore's work. He really describes well what a Morgellons fiber looks like (tapered at both ends, among other things).

Hi ya,

There are at least 6 different kinds of morgellon filaments. You should start to recognise the differences over time - between these and your hairs, pet hairs etc.
