 Costochondritis & Tietze Syndrome Hi guys and gals, When I first experienced morgs full blown I had random sharp chest pains, as if from my heart. Once I started treatments, this reduced greatly. My quack said it was Costochondritis, which is inflammation of the cartilage where ribs attach to the breastbone. Well, I think he's right and this week inflammation is also visible which kinda puts it in the category of Tietze syndrome. Well, is it a morgie symptom? This article says it can be diagnosed via blood test for C reactive protein (which Harvey et al recently IDed in 25 morgies).
