Default Serious bags under eyes? (and random chatter about copper)

Since what I believe to be the start of this thing, I have had huge bags under my eyes and dark circles under my eyes. Does anyone else notice this? I know there are a few reasons for these and one of them is illness. I guess that's what its from, because no one else in my family has this (besides my son). He has puffy under eyes as well and his are more pinkish purple than mine. I hate them....I look permanently tired and haggard. I wonder if it isn't mucus or fluid behind the eye trying to get rid of the fibers.

Another thing I felt worth mentioning....Copper Peptides
Before I found out about all of this I inquired about laser for my severe scars and pores on my face. I was told I would have to go on accutane first and I wasn't doing that again it was a short term fix not worth the risks. I decided to buy a DVD of facial exercises to build and tone muscles that begin to sag with age and I felt it would help pull my skin more taught and at least make them less noticeable. I found out around then that I had Morgs and got depressed and never used the DVD , but before that I had started reading the book that came along with it and it mentioned products that help skin also. I bought one of them on another site that was suggested. The product contains copper peptides. I started using it and while I haven't noticed a change in my old scars or indents yet, maybe I wont, I did notice that it really helped avoid a scar on the ones that were active. I had a few that I kept picking at with my fingers and a needle to get them to heal and to get the fibers out and I can say that what I know would normally have wound up as more indents in my face is a very pale pink just slightly darker than my skin and is still fading, no carter or indent left behind. I have very very fair skin and any cut I get leaves at least a bright red mark that fades to a faint purple color and stays that way. This is lighter than any have been, so in that respect I am amazed. When I saw the post about copper being antibacterial I felt this worth mentioning also. Copper peptides are supposed to be an anti inflammatory, help wound repair and also help increase collagen production.

I do notice that my face feels itchy and burns mildly when I put it on and I've noticed white fuzzballs that I don't normally have come from my skin...whatever that means. Maybe its the antibacterial properties at work...I don't know.

Default I know where you're coming from!!

Hello brat789,

It now 1 year since I began the tickling feelings on my face. It is also a yr. since I saw the the first "noticed by me" fiber. I'm sure they were shedding from me unnoticed before this.

Before the above took place, my face was changing radically. I knew I was not a young girl any more but people's faces don't change that quickly when they get older; that is unless there is something wrong.

I won't go through the whole Dr. speel as we have all been there, but at one time an aesthetician told me to go to an optamologist to have my peripheral vision checked. I have the bags under and on eyelids. They tend to be a cluster of small bags making what seems to be a huge one. I have gotten some of it cleared up but at one time I could pull the skin on my eyelids almost 2 inches out, if not more. This also goes around the outside and inside corners of both eyes. and my forehead has what looks like profound frown/worry lines. But they are not. I have had them reduced but it comes back. With a magnified mirror I can see all the white seds in the cracks, as well as the hypae. I's disgusting to me. I am constantly plucking this stuff out.

It seems to consist of the white seedlike things as well as the fungal hyphae like hair, and ofcourse there is the biofilm which all this takes shelter in. But there is also the things which come off hard and re like shiny vinyl.

I look old, much older than what I am and I noticed this happeing 6 yrs. ago. In fact it irritated me because I have never been one to lay in sun or tanning bed but my sister has all her life. She's older than me but looks younger. I look much older than my mother-in-law.

Typing makes me anxious si I have to stop now. Weird hey ??

If you'd like I'll post again to expliain some things I did to help with this tender area.

Thanks for your response posey. I too knew something wasn't right. I know plenty of people who have acne, but my skin, even where there aren't acne scars, is a mess. I imagine its from either whatever this is eating away the collagen, or the fact that the pores are always housing fibers making them larger. I don't know. I am especially self conscious outside, where it seems to be most noticeable. CO2 laser was going to be my saving grace, but since it basically makes your face one big ooozing scab I fear Morgellons would mess with the healing and cause me to look even worse than before. I have been so desperate as to buy a needling roller which is small rolling pin-like thing that has stainless steel needles on it and makes numerous holes and cuts in your face to help break up scar tissue. It hurts like heck, something you would imagine would be marketed as a torture device. I don't feel its done anything. The bags under my eyes only add to my looking older.

You said you used somethings to help tame your undereye area? What kind of stuff...I am at the point I would do anything to at least reduce them.

Its discouraging because there is no end to the stuff. Last night I noticed that two small bumps on my face that I thought were moles weren't when I saw with a magnifying glass that they actually had short clear thick fibers sticking out. These things have been on my face for a while. The weirdest thing too is how many times areas of skin that house fibers has no feeling in it, like the skin is dead and callous.

Thanks again for your response.

Default Copper

I recently wrote a post about minerals and their toxicity to nematodes.

Everything you are saying about the copper makes sense to me, because copper, along with several other minerals, is especially toxic to nematodes.

These other minerals are

Boron
Molybdenum
ZINC (probably the most important)
B12 (for the Cobalt contained therein)
Copper
Iron

I still believe this illness is caused by transgenic nematodes and the toxins they carry, including the fungus arthrobotrys and the bacteria photorhabdus asymbiotica.

No one in the scientific community believes they could miss diagnosing a nematode. I say they have missed it for several reasons I won't get into here. If anyone is interested, ask me, and I'll go over it.

I am having very good results using these minerals - you do have to be careful however and know what you're doing - you can hurt yourself mucho mucho if you overdue it too much. Zinc you can overdue and also B12, to a certain extent.

Of course the others too.

I get bags under my eyes if I don't drink enough Water.
Could you be seriously dehydrated?

Default Some thing I did for baggie eyelids and under eyes.

These are things I tried before I even knew what was wrong.

I use(d) OTC acne meds. benzoyl peroxide and salicylate acid, and PAPER TOWEL to wipe it off. .

Salicylate Acid: For me, the brand name which works best is Clean and Clear. When I put this on my face it takes about an hour or so and then the fibers will begin to hang from my face. I can feel it happening.

Benzoyl Peroxide: This comes in 3 OTC strengths: 2.5% - 5% and 10%. This product helped and still does on my skin but the area of skin by the eye is really sensitive and I would definitely begin with 2.5% by eyes. Be careful not to get in eyes,if so flushwith cold water. If you can't find this strength, the one that I really liked for eye area and other sensitive spots is called "On The Spot" and I believe it is a Neutrogena product, not sure. I can't remember if it is 2.5% or 5% but it did not burn around the eyes. I also found that it works just as well on the entire face as the 10% which can have a drying affect.

Paper Towel: This seems to work the very best when it comes time to wipe the med. off. I call it facial sand paper. Or, if if I used the salicylate acid, then I also take a tweezers and gently grab an end of something hanging fom my face and slowly pull it in the direction it takes me. It is ALL fibers. It has made me realize why I have this continous tickling sensations on my face. The stuff is moving around.

When using the paper towel you only need to press gently and if you have the same thing I have on me, the white seed like stuff begins to come off. But it won't all come off right away. You need to repeat the process maybe
2x day so your skin doesn't dry too much. I always worry about spreading from one place to another so be sure to wash your face after using the paper towel. I also found that Latex household gloves help. Not the throw aways but the big yellow ones, and they have little knobs in the palm which help also.

Another thing I forgot to mention is "Pretty Hands and Feet" I forget who makes it. Just follow directions on package and it works wonders. The first time I used it ( before I knew) I could not believe the gunk coming from my face!! I would go outside to do itso the gunk wouldn't fall all over my bathroom sink. At the time,I just thought it was dead skin cells and I was exfoliating. Haha, was that a joke me!!.

I hope some of this might help you. If I think of anything else I will let you know.

I don't think I am dehydrated as I drink a lot of water..but then again I am a coffee drinker as well. I tend to retain water.

Thank you so much Posey for taking the time to post all of that great information. I will reply more later as I am getting ready to head to work.
