| Carla! very interesting, seems folk's would have to cut out a lot of stuff from their diet,and just eat meat's salads some veggie's and now sugar or grains or milk based products, that are made into sugar by our bodies, you would even have stop fruits cause of the sugars, boy that will take lots of training and life style changes, but I would say this, I don't think gut fungi has any thing to do with the parasite Morgellons, this is a whole different thing, Jonsi swears by what this guy is saying, and you would have to cut out any kind of alcohol seeing it's sugar base, and begin a regimen of probiotic's like a good acidophiles, stay away from any milk based product-ice cream yogurt's -cream cheese -cheese --WOW that's a heck of a life style change. | Well, not really no way, but I have tried doing the atkins diet and this sounds like the way I should be eating right? Oh my, I do love my cheese and cereal...how am I going to eat breakfast! I will give this a try if you will Doc! Should be interesting...No? DD |

| It's not that difficult, stick with organic Atkin's type diet and kiss the sweets/ colas goodbye. It does help alot. read your labels! You can still for example eat Morning O's from Whole Foods with a banana and Organic non fat once a week. Pretend you are on weight watchers and count your carb/sugar points. Sugar is worse than carbs. I only weigh 105 so I am super careful about stuffing my face and keeping sugar free. Can do! |

| I believe that all this processed food is slowly killing us . You can't even call it food .It should be called Toxic Waste. Once you start eating raw green veg you very quickly get used to it,and begin to taste the chemicals in what you would usually eat. It really does sound worse than it is.You can start off slowly and eliminate things one at a time. After a couple of weeks you notice you have increased energy and no depression. It hasn't cost me a penny .I've actually saved money by avoiding Supermarkets. Sorry to go on about it but I feel like I've won the Lottery and no one wants to share it with me. ![]() |

| aww, man. dont say cut the booze, im not a heavy drinker, but i like my black velvet and coke.. hehe.. i dont know that any food or drink will make a difference, im eating the same stuff i have been, but my outbreaks just started.. but dont blame the booze, hehe, im kidding. my dad blames booze for everything and he drinks more than me.. |
