Photorhabdus Asymbiotica, Emerging Pathogen

A bacteria has jumped species, specifically a bacteria that helps a nematode digest it's food.
Photorhabdus is now DOCUMENTED as a human emergent infection. It's nematode has been identified as heterorhabditis, but has not yet been identified in the human host, but this relationship is speculated upon in some of these links.

Infection with photorhabdus involves multiple pustules.


Photorhabdus Asymbiotica is a bacteria, luminescent, and a symbiant of a nematode. This bacteria is an emerging infection, and the CDC has even said they suspect an invertebrate (nematode) is involved in this infection.

This is the bacteria I believe is involved in Morgellons.
