New and infected-sending back

I don't know if it is OK to mention a brand name of a product believed to be infected. However, in light of the possibility of being sued as well as the ethical aspect, I'm only going to use the first letter and not even say what it is except that it is worn.

I ordered 2 pairs of C (this could mean "casual") and just received them. Well nothing shocks me any longer but I was surprised to see what I believe to be rubber infected by "M". I think it is rubber, or something similar. I checked this out very closely and I'm 99.9% positive. Since I'm not perfect I have to leave the .1% for human error.

One "thing" was laying on it. Others still attached. These "things" have 2-3tiny little "hairs" from it. The "thing" also would follow my finger. They have the outer shiny glossy stuff and you can see something inside of it which is the length of the outer stuff.

Such a disappointment.

I can't think of an article of clothing that starts with 'c'....but you say 'pairs' so can you say where they are worn? feet? hands? If you don't name a brand, can you still be possibly sued?

The title should help me not get sued.

I'm not sure if a company could sue a person or not. But if spilling Mckie D's coffee on yourself can win a lawsuit, I don't want to take chances.

I was totally amazed to see this in the boxes and on the product.
