* Exercises for joints and soft tissues

Complications:

* Microbial infection

* Hair and nail changes (loss of hair follicles)

* Swelling, poor wound healing, local necrosis

* Joint contrature and loss of mobility

* Lentiginous (freckle-like) changes- hyper & hypo pigmentation

* basal cell and Squamous cell carcinomas

Seems to sum up what is happening to us- even to the fact that initially- there is THYROID damage- which is common to those with
this condition.

So- if the PCB's are air-born and causing this phenomenon- or if
the Remediation techniques that include the use of Hollow- fibers
and Liquid membranes (that formula too was from Monsanto)...

it seems like this condition is Chronic Radiation Syndrome

It explains all the symptoms, the fibers, the source/s and the
fact that this condition leads to cancer in some people.

The Boomers - those born between 1946 and 1964- seem to be the hardest hit in terms of the consequences.

One KEY- is Thyroid issues. Hypo/Hyper-thyroidism

Radiation from Nuke tests (in the western US) and various companies
are the sources.

Post-radiation syndrome as a NO/ONOO(-) cycle, chronic fatigue syndrome-like disease

Post-radiation syndrome is proposed to be chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) or a chronic fatigue syndrome-like illness, initiated by exposure to ionizing radiation.

This view is supported by the nitric
oxide/peroxynitrite (NO/ONOO(-)) cycle mechanism, the putative etiologic mechanism for CFS and related illnesses. Ionizing radiation may initiate illness by increasing nitric oxide levels via increased
activity of the transcription factor NF-kappaB and consequent increased synthesis of the inducible nitric oxide synthase. Two types of components of the nitric oxide/peroxynitrite cycle have been
studied in post-radiation syndrome patients and shown to be elevated. The symptoms and signs of post-radiation syndrome and its chronicity are similar or identical to those of chronic fatigue syndrome and can be explained as being a consequence of nitric oxide/peroxynitrite cycle etiology. While the data available to test this view are limited, it provides for the first time a comprehensive explanation
for post-radiation syndrome.

So we see that Post Radiation Syndrome is the same as Chronic
Fatigue per the above abstract/proposed theory and the cause is the increased NITRIC OXIDE levels....
