This abstract is hard to understand, it is regarding a mutant version that is not responding as it should and finding other aspects about it than were previously known.

No, I don't know any more than what is on the website. As I said, I just found it a couple of days ago and never even knew anything like this service existed.
I believe it is not broken down step by step because it is something that professionals normaly utilize, and not folks like us. Presumably scientists can understand what all those terms mean and what is required in sample preparation.
I will call them later today and try to get some details.

Here in Germany is not allowed, to do a DNA test without the permission of every of the testing persons, included kids.
So, no father could proof, if the child is his own, exxept, the wife agree with a DNA test...
Crazy Germany, or?
