Default Who wants to play the shaving cream game?

Happy Friday everybody -
Who can I get to play a game with me?
All you need is shaving cream and a mirror.
Well, gosh, I think it's mighty fun to see these meanies expose themselves!
I'm gonna get 'em, oh yeah.....

Step 1.
Put shaving cream on your face - not the forehead unless you just really want to- put it all over your neck, chin, jaw line and cheeks. You're going to be covered from the eyes down to the collarbone.

Step 2.
Work it in real real good - just a thin layer (at first) - work it into your pores and work out all the air.

Step 3.
Wait 5 minutes.

Step 4.
Put some more on - make sure you work that in also. You should look pretty white (unless there's other colors of shaving cream I don't know of)

Step 5.
Get your mirror and watch the morgies appear!! You will see shapes, strange shapes emerging. You will wonder if you REALLY put the shaving cream on even. YOU DID! DON'T TOUCH IT.

Step 6.
Report back here your findings.

Hey Sarothra, do you think I should put the shaving cream on my hair??
Right were the Morgs are..to force them out?
I'll check that out..wonder if I will see anything...probably when washed off and I comb through? See all the dead ones?
When I dye my hair there are hundreds of them in the sink after combing my hair with a tight comb...Never knew KILLING could FEEL SO GOOD

Hi Katinka,
Sure, I think the shaving cream on the hair is a good idea. Maybe put a little bonnet on and just sit around for awhile (reading this blog) - adorable I'm sure...
Anyway, I'm always trying to think of what to do about my scalp. It's such a hard area to treat for me because I have really really think and coarse hair. I'm never feeling like I'm really penetrating to the scalp. And it seems like the more I get the better of the ones on my skin the more my scalp itches. It's like they know they're dying and they're just going to try another area.
I'm gonna keep chasing them around and kick some morgie butt. That's what I tell my daughter "LET'S KICK SOME MORGIE BUTT." By the way, she knows just where her morgies are and she will point mine out to me also. I'm talking areas WITHOUT LESIONS, because of the characteristic pattern of three, for lack of a better terminology, like 2 eyes and a nose. The three dots form a triangle. The dots are about an inch apart but can be as much as 1 1/2 inches apart. Anyway, my sweetie says "there's a morgie. Get it Mom!"

Hi Toni,
Thanks for giving it a try. Leave it on for a good 10 to 15 minutes.
You have to put it on an area where there are live morgies. An area where you have lesions is usually a "live" area, although not always, if you've been treating the lesion areas vigorously it's possible they're dead (but not likely, them sommabeeches are hard to kill) -
I think sometimes we dehydrate them with our salts and herbs and stuff, only to rehydrate them when we take the long baths. Watch out for long baths, in my opinion.
I think they can survive for quite a while in a dehydrated state - they are in a state of suspended animation, not dead. I keep my body as dry as possible now. I'm only going to take showers and then afterward put on the antiperspirant (all over) to dry them out.
Everything we use to treat them seems to have some level of toxicity but I think we have to balance our virtues and our vices.
By the way, if you're interested in seeing more forms use a poultice of oatmeal (use the quick oats, and red wine - use red wine instead of water when you make it). I like to put it on my arm, including the fingers and hand. Sit and watch the forms appear. You'll know 'em when you see 'em.
