Talking

You know what guys, it's my Birthday today and I haven't been able to really hug my grand kids in over four years. I've forgotten what human touch is like. If I accidentally get touched I jump, as if something bad has happened. I see signs of this in my family and it scares the HELL out of me. This is a nightmare.

My son just called though and is going to make a special dinner. Thank God for my family, they do show me LOVE. Tonight , STEAK and SEAFOOD. Gosh, I hope my stomach holds out.

I've got in a better mood just letting this out. BUY GUYS, Claudia

Yes, talk about dragging your heels... they never wanted to do this in the first place so looks as if they're just sitting on it... frightened to reveal any results I guess.
Claudia.. have a wonderful birthday dinner .. I'm so glad for you you have a lovely family.. I'm not so good . I do hug and kiss my family a little including my grandchildren, so far OK but I know the worry..and dread something happening... Hillyx

Hi LC and Hilly,
Thank you for the birthday wishes. LC, I meant nothing against you with what I said. I'm glad you posted about CDC. I just get frustrated. I'm so woried there going to come back and not tell the truth and keep trying to say we are all DOP, crazy or all that nonsence. Thank God for you and so many others on this site for all your research and stories and help you give every one. I'm always looking around the web for answers too, but never can match this condition exactly. I'm not too good at the research thing. Wish I was. I just love when you all post back and talk to me. I never ever mean to offend.

I feel exactly the same way. I got the notice in my email that you posted LC, and decided it was too discouraging.....but glad you went ahead and posted it. I also thank you for your encouraging post during the night.

Claudia....Happy Birthday!! I have a feeling that we can't contaminate our families any more than they already are....just my feelings.

I do hug and love on my kids and gbabies, but no kissing on the mouth, and one of our most favorite activities was taking a bath in Mugga's (that's me) big tub, which they think is a pool.....that doesn't happen any more. I miss that special time with my grandbabies, but don't feel comfortable because of the secondary infections that I have had, like staph.

However, I only have one small lesion at this time and am doing much better. Carla is right, the killing yourself cleaning doesn't help too much, but the taking good care of your body does. Lot's of good vitamins, and eating good has been a lifesaver for me.

Hope your dinner with your family puts a great big smile on your face!!

God bless!!
Niecy

As Niecy is doing and about what Carla gave as advice this is TRUE. No worries wheredigo never upset at you. I too share your frustration. In the meantime we have to patch ourselves together and keep ourselves going as best as we can. I hope the dinner was yummy.
