b12 difiency giardia??

Anyone have a b12 defiencency and think they have giardia. I ahve had giardia i think since December 2005 and it has not gone away. Maybe I should ask about it at my naturalpath. When I was young I had it too and it can reoccur, I guess. Every few months it comes back. I hate this disease

I know that jonsi has had recurrent giardia infections but I didn't know of anyone else. Please let me know you else has had giardia since they went became full blown morgellons patients. And ****, I am still seeing parasites.

Yes I have had it too. My son John was a preemie in 85', hospitalized for asthma along with other babies from third world countries. The nurses didnt always wear gloves I noticed. Pick up one baby, pick up mine!

He gets home and has diahrea, we all get it in the home after a week. He shows positive for Giardia, but I dont! Docs dont listen and whole family is sick for months! Finally the pediatrician, bless her, had us all do 3 cultures for three days each! Fantastic cause they found it!!

But back then I didnt know what I know now. How easy parasites are spread. How important it is to clean a thousand times after youve thrown away some of your belongings. I had to for this bout of a ten year illness! Its ok, its not possesions or people that make a person, its the love we show ourselves and others. Me anyway!

I KNOW I have something now that reacts favorablly to Metronidazole, you know Flaggyl? I grind my teeth, have night sweats, tightness in intestines just like when I had Giardia. Ive told them this, well my old Gastros anyways.

Whats going on with you right now? Are you on any meds for Giardia? Im trying to remember what they gave me. It was just awful tasting. The poor kids I swear. They still recoil and harbour resentment toward me today for forcing them to take meds when we had Giardia.

I cant remember the name. It was weird though. 2 types of meds, cause the first didnt seem to help. When I think about it now it makes me mad cause the hospital didnt come clean and my landlord wouldnt check the water supply. Oh well. These are the reasons why we today are so sick. The goverment doesnt want to take responsiblity in keeping us safe.

On another thought, a psychic told me at least 15 years ago I would become b12 deficient. He didnt know if it was bacteria or parastites but that my immune system would be compirmised. Ya think?? LOL! Im going to take a peice of b12 right now while Im thinking of it. I never take a whole one and I also space any drug, herb or vitamin days apart. My liver is full enough!!

Good to hear from someone else who has experienced Giardia. OHH man!

We'll I am kinda confused lately. Giardia can cause a b12 defiecency but MS can also. I probably have just long time lyme infection and now have developed Multiple Sclerosis because if the cpn. I am determined to reverse it though. Giardia just comes along the ride as a passenger. My doc prescribed me flagyl for the giardia but I dont know if it will work yet.

Hi Paddel, thankyou for your reply. Nice to hear you have positive ideas about your medical condition. I contacted something in 79 and was able to arrest and irradicate. Anything and everything is possible! I truly believe this.

You have MS? They are making great strides in finding a cure for this. Montel Williams talks alot about his life and MS.

How do you suppose you got Giardia? What does the doctor think?
