also...buy Marc Neumann's mouthwash or make your own antifungal or buy any antifungal, antibacterial mouthwash you can find.

I've just found out that Listerine is pretty good. Me being a naturalist from the 60's I am shocked and amazed to say listerine is actually probably a-okay.

I had what you call long in the tooth the dentist said all my teeth would have to go, gum disease. Well I did not like his answer, so I mega dosed on C with rose hips and started to blenderize ALOT of my food WITH yogurt and probiotics powder. The first few days were a little funny on the toilet but after that great oh yeah if your stool is too hard buy whole FLAXSEED take a tablespoon with water before you eat, Do not chew, very easy to swallow WITH WATER, no bad taste and if they are actually disolved in the colon you get fresh flax oil, they are also not that pricy. The gums grew in QUICKLY better than new. Make sure you also take your B vitamins and a extra Beta Carotene.

I am serious about swishing with red wine, somehow it draws the fibers out of our gums. Try it out and see what what comes out in your spit.

I see many using Marc's mouthwash. I had it and it is good but I had to dilute it. There is no way I can keep it in my mouth for any length of time.

Does anyone else have problems with their mouth like this? I mean really bad. I an not have any pepper on food. No spices at all which are in the "hot" line. I use pepermint for mouthwash-no fluoride - and dilute it because it does bring out this really white stuff.

I also began using the liquid Nystatin. because I have such problems with mouth and tongue. Candida I think. Or a mutated form of it. When I eat, the food color literally comes through the corners of my mouth in gooey stuff and through lips. I am asssuming this is bioilm.

I used the cinamon red flavor and it colors all kinds of crap that i spit out.

many look like fibers, please can anyone else try? It's about 6-8 dollars online.

Somewhere I posted that Dr. Ken's changed their formula, (it was not so dark) and it did not have the same effect any more. I called them,a nd they swore they did nto change the formula (but serioulsy it was not as dark and had a diffeernt flavor, lighter flavor)

I did not thave the same results of lots of fibers with the new forumla.

That was about a yearago. I tried to find the OLD formula bottle in the market.

NOW 9 months later ,I get the fibers again on the NEW formula. sigh.

Maybe I was jus healthier then becasue of all the anti biotics.
