I didn't know if this had already been posted but here goes. It is the latest installment of the Charles E. Holman June newsletter.

They listed three anti-helmentics which are working as treatments.

The three anti-helmintics that have been successful are stromectol, biltricide and albendazole. Each patient seems to have one that works the best for them, but it is variable from patient to patient.. Also, the anti-helmintics need to be alternated in two week pulses for maximum efficacy.
