bright lights when shaving

hi everyone have a question ??? any body have seen this lights in front of your eyes for a few seconds and gone. ??? I wish I cut describe better but I cant sorry see then only when shaving .

I have seen something (fiber-optic filaments?) shoot out of the ends of my hair when the light catches it just right. My hair moves on its' own and hones in on my face, attaches suddenly and then I can feel a biting sensation. It stopped biting around three months ago, but it still moves.

What are you shaving (if not too personal )?
