And I ask again

HAS ANYONE HAD THEIR LESIONS ---CULTURED---

they take a SWAB, they send it to a lab and see what grows.

This is NOT a biopsy.

I would be interested if people had had their biopsied also.

If one is going to approach this condition scientifically, you need to use science.

If you have not had it cultured, I encourage you to do so.

Many people's lesions also sound like and look like staph from what I have seen so far on the web.

I believe Morgs may be a whole variety of symptoms with various causes.

Love and healing light to everyone, may you find your peace,

Sprite

You know Sprite, that's a fairly basic practice among medical professionals, I'm sure. I think the problem is that most of us never got that far. they usually are writing down the name of the nearest psychiatrist by the time you show the lesions ALL OVER THE ARMS. My experience was that not one doctor even suggested it. this is the problem we are complaining about.

"If one is going to approach this condition scientifically, you need to use science."

Ya THINK??? Gee, wish one of us had that thought as well. Gosh, shucks & good golly, aren't we just the dumbest thing to come down the pike???

Hello to all. They did cut me and send it to a lab 2 times. Did it take so long because it was a culture vs. a biopsy? I don't know. I'm so tired from all of this.

All I know is that he is not kind and I do not go to him now, but I didn't want the label of DOP so I am very cautious. This is the same practice that I went to 12 times when I first became ill and believed I had scabies. The first time I went, I had a ziplock bag!! This was before I knew better. I had razor like cuts all over me. You can read my early posts ....very scary.

Anyway, I went back months later and told him that I was diagnosed with Lymes. No response. The ear problem that he dismissed originally and was wrong...no response. He is fired, but so are the MDs that I travelled 3000 miles to see on the direct recommendation of the CO practice who never started files on the boys and were ill prepared for a 10:45 appointment. I thought I was in the twilight zone. They never read my chart prior to my arrival to familiarize themselves with the case!!

I was on antibiotics from my NP locally based on Dr. H's protocol that I found on the internet on the 25 page of googling my symptoms at 3 am 2 weeks into this and she FORGOT that I was as good as I was due to the meds!!! The reason I went into debt for this trip was to protect my children. It was a 10,000 dollar trip that was not covered by my very good insurance because they do NOT take insurance. In the end, I don't have 750 dollars for a phone call that she spent half the time looking for their charts!! Give me a break. Get it together. You would be better to receive the money than that practice. JMHO.

So, to wrap it up. I've fired all the doctors until Dr. H and his team are up and running again. In the meantime, I pray for answers and try to continue the herbal and homeopathic route. It's not easy working so hard at normal and taking care of the family and household. I'm NOT complaining, but stating the facts.

Twentysomething trips the MDs, ERs, etc and no answers and you back off before they take your 4 and 6 y/o away from you and place you in a padded room.

Melissa

Thats very true, and also very sad that it is so difficult to get a doctor that can help. The thing that frustrates me more is that we have to be the ones to research our disease as GP's dont even know whats wrong based on our symptoms. I got the whole change washing detergents, use a different soap load of crap. I don't think its too difficult to be a General Practitioner these days............
