Morgellons Disease

My niece has Morgellons Disease and I found a couple of people who claim that "NutraSilver" worked for them. One of them is a lady dentist. These people can be found (along with a lot of information) on YouTube. I am going to order the NutraSilver and will keep you guys posted. Hang in there and good luck to all of you. Buddy 1/21/08

How nice first post and its for Nutrasilver. I just love these posts. Sorry but due to my past exposure to Nutrasilver its not allowed to be promoted here period. Its overpriced, over hyped silver BS. People IF you going to use silver, use it carefully and just use a decent brand.

Your post reads exactly the first thoughts that came to my head after reading Buddy's post! No point in using it, it doesn't work period. The only outcome possible is argyria not a cure for Morgellons or any other chronic disease. Ask this man who tried using silver for a bad case of dermatitis. Its crazy people get away with selling it, the FDA and other health regulatory bodies have made it very clear that internal use of silver can be dangerous.

I am new here and I mean't no harm with this post. I posted this message because I thought just maybe I would get some effective and informed input. After all, isn't that what this site is all about?
I mentioned NutraSilver because a Dentist claimed it worked for her. We're not talking about a testimonial from some redneck. This is an aducated woman. I thought it lent some constructive wisdom to our problem.
Lucky for us, the CDC is investigating this terrible disease, so just maybe they will discover a real cure for Morgellons. In the meantime we must put forth our best efforts to learn as much as we can. Sorry if I upset anyone, that was not my intention. By the way, I am a 67yr. old man and I do really care.

Well Buddy if you are concerned as you say, make sure your neice uses the silver carefully because once you get argyria it can not be medically reversed. All the best

I think the problem is Nutrasilver.... NOT colloidal silver as such..... the following website answers all questions about the 'greying' skin problem Argyria etc.... Milly

Apparently colloidal silver in high doses over long term period can cause argyria as well. But it is not common, but still the threat is there. I haven't used it internally so haven't really worried to much about it, but it is probably better to look at the reputable health sites because sometimes the producers or sellers come up with all these magically cures and how it stop you from getting cancer etc etc. The site you linked Milly does have some pretty amazing statements. I would be wary.

Jason.. I have taken quite a lot of it in the past and spoken to the owner of this site, Neil... very g enuine chap.... It did remarkable things for my dogs cancer tumour, took away the inflamation and pain in his last weeks. I've now started on some more and take it three times a day... I do have faith in it, but obviously it's got to be from a reputable maker.. Milly x
