I don't get why anyone is posting schizophrenia on this site. Please explain why!

Us "Morgies" are no way schizophrenic!!!! Schizophrenics are paranoid manic-depressives. (I knew one and this is why I am so sensitive about this schizophrenia subject. Some of you know my history.)

We "Morgies" are caring and loving people. We are looking for answers to why we have fibers in our bodies, why we have brain-fog, why we are weak and can barely stand up, why our teeth are rotting, why we have lesions that don't heal (whether we pick at our skin or not, it doesn't matter), etc... But we aren't psychos! Morgellons is very different and has no link to schizophrenia.

Katinka... First, the term "retards" is equal to using the "N" word IMHO. Second, most schizophrenics have a very high IQ (in my case, his IQ was 167).

jonsi..... I do agree about the word 'retard' I find it quite upsetting to hear it used in a derogatory way, though I'm sure Katinka did'nt mean it like that. My sister had Down's Syndrome and might not have been the brightest in terms of her brain, but she was the sweetest person, loving life, people, music and her own little world....I loved her.
