Lisa, It took me just days to tell the difference. I' m a Vegeterian so I was lacking Amino Acids which may be why I've seen a fast improvement , but you would have to eat alot of meat to get the amount you need. Toomanyfibers did me a list of what he thought I should take.Pm and ask him what you should take.I m sure he won't mind.Watch it though,he's a redneck

Well the one time 2many was kind and called me (poor him) it was like having Elvis counsel me (he sounds just like the King). He is like an Albert Einstein Elvis however. I have always respected and enjoyed his insights very much in here. I hope he is doing well he is a nice (and wicked smart) man. His theories are quite sound and the supplements regimine for about 100 bucks is top notch. For those short money I would suggest you check out his supplemment regimine. (LC)

Calcium supplements are probably a good idea.

I've taken supplements (that included calcium) the whole time I've
had this disease and my teeth and gums are in excellent shape.

I'm no doctor, and I'm just one person, but maybe the supplements
saved my teeth. I also had probably the lightest case of Morgs of
anyone on this forum. Maybe the supplements had something to do
with that. Who knows.

Even tho it sounds counterproductive to feed this wretched beast,
it's better than having it steal from your bones and teeth.

JMHO

Lisa

i too take calcium.......be sure to balance with magnesium. This never got to my teeth or mouth either. I didnt go to a dentist for 5 years and was so surprized I had no cavities. I hardly ever flossed either... but now Ive got a sweet deal with my dentist and take really good care of my teeth now and floss like I should

Thanks Bubba,

You must have a (((HUGE))) piece of paper?
lol, jk........ Sorry , just tickled my funny bone for some reason......

......anyway, I agree calcium suppliments are a must!

I have so many areas these suckers are trying to get into , but my teeth are great. Have taken calcium along with multivits for years.
wth

Has anyone else coughed up anything like these? Its has been lodged in the back of my throat all week and felt as though they were trying to block my airway. Not sure if they were comeing or going from my nasal passage? One coughed out yesterday and one just a bit ago. Sure can breathe easier. I dont know how to get microscopic pic of a thick piece? If I put smash it down with the cover slip, it squishes all out the sides? They look like slugs its so gross, I cant handle much more of this

Hi Bubba.

I've found this site introducing basic principles of chi square analyses. It might be too simplistic for our intended purpose, but Al or some others might like to tackle the math involved with test design and this site seems like a good place to start. It would certainly help tailor the survey to yield more valid results.

Nick what I did bad eye infection once was this: went to eye doctor said exposed to pink eye. The rx drops fight bacteria, and will help her eyes at least did mine. Get generic prescription. Either that or go to walk in clinic say pink eye exposure. Stinks to have to not say what all wrong but best thing can think of. She has it bad like I do. Please tell her she is a sweetie, I said so. Have you tried cool packs on her eyes for swelling? I have had worms in eyes but not swelled quite that bad. You can try to write Bubba too she may know more than me. Hope this helps, (LC)
