If you mean the white crystal/callouses embedded in the lesions:

The one good standby I've found for calcifications is Protopic. Looks like vaseline, but it really does break it down after 1-2 days The catch: hopefully one has drug insurance. It's absurdly overpriced, like over $100 per large tube.

Otherwise, I notice a lot of salt/Vit C with massive sweating breaks it off sometimes. Menthol, I think is also calcium channel blocker. Wonder if anyone has tried putting a layer of Vicks Vap-O-Rub on it for a few days?

Hello everyone. I'm hoping my family isn't the only one who has these crystals coming out, not just in sores, but intact skin and even in my mouth. Has anyone had these looked at or knows what they are? They seem to be getting worse and last night I woke up choking on these, big as a pebble, and I can't help but feel there a living thing. However, I hope not. I know it's a busy time and I wish you all a Merry Christmas who celebrate. Snow
