I also feel that goo i can't handle that. My husband is the same, he won't look at them or listen to me he thinks I'm crazy. I feel so alone with this disease.

Does anyone ever get the feeling that they are molting like a bird. Things just falling off/out of them... I havent had this in a long time but I remember that was one of the worst feelings.

Smile things falling off/out

That is so weird isn't it? I find things on the bathroom floor when I undress that I know was not there before. Looks like trash! Bits and pieces. Little black specks. I was sitting on the throne when I saw something crawling on my tile floor. It was so tiny, but I could see it on the light tiles. Must have been some kind of mite. Now I am not sure I shed that, but you never know!! It is not as bad now as it was a few weeks ago. Oh Yeah, I flushed that sucker! DD

Question Question...

My mother and I both have been experiencing small cuts, like paper cuts, all over our bodies. Sometimes I find them on my legs (which, I'd never normally get a paper cut in that area), mostly hands and arms though. We also experience bumps, that are very red and painful to the touch and sometimes itchy. We are constantly itchy. Whether I feel bugs crawling on me or not..I can't exactly say because I have a huge phobia of bugs and the smallest thing/feeling does make me freak out. I've definitely thrown the covers off and jumped out of bed many many times from thinking something is crawling on my legs, etc. So I could say I feel crawling, however sometimes I think I'm just freaking out a bit. As for other symptoms, I have a headache that comes and goes however, It's been 3 days now. My mother first had a bullseye after a huge bruise had cleared on her upper arm. That bullseye soon faded, however the mark is still on her arm as if it has scarred. She's supposed to be getting her 2nd Lyme disease test back soon. The first one had come back negative. We are tired a lot of the time. But,....we DO NOT have fibers coming out of our skin, or at least not that I know of. I did just pluck out a white (hair???) thing from the cheek of my face not long ago tho, unsure of what that was, I am a 28 year old woman who does not have ANY facial hair besides the norm. We are going to get a black light tonight since I hear you see more with that and that fibers actually come out of the skin once placed near the light. The doctor told my mom to see an infectious doctor if she wants and that it seems she has some type of fungal infection. Does this sound at all like Morgellons??? Also, there's been LOTS of "chemtrail" activity around our area, do you think there is a link to these symptoms and the trails? Any info is so greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

When I was first sick I used to get those paper cuts you mention, although over time and with treatment (alternative and Western medicine) I no longer have that happen. I have seen the occasional white hair. Others mention these two symptoms as well. Many with Morgellons do test positive for lyme and/or co-infections. Fatigue is common with most as are fibers, parasites, bacterial, viral and/or fungal infections. Some of us have skin lesions. So you can see there is a lot of variety as far as symptoms go with this illness. You can find a lot of information which will answer your questions already posted on the forum. Just do a search on the home page for any subject you are interested in reading more about.

best, tcm

Smile cuts

I can't tell you that you have morgellons, but I can tell you that I do and I have had the paper cut looking places on my hands mostly. I haven't had any since I first started to have the symptoms of morgs. I have been following the treatment protocol on this site (several different ones really) since Feb. and things have improved greatly. I am not cured by any means, but I do ok most days. I understand your feelings about the bugs...me too. I can't stand the thoughts of bugs being on or under my skin. The first few weeks I was a total wreck. I have clamed down a lot and started to fight back. People say to pick your fights, well this is one we need to win, and I hope you can find some useful information on this site. I did! Hugs, DD

Default Thanks for the information!

Thanks to all who had replied. I really appreciate it.
I had visited with a friend of mine last night who seems to have this worse than even my mother and I. Her lesions are very bad and the doctor had told her it's eczema which I'd never seen look like that. She doesn't believe it, nor do I. It seems the doctor doesn't want to help her either, they load her up with creams, antibiotics and told her to just keep trying that. She called and complained and told them she wants an appointment as soon as possible b/c it keeps getting worse (these lesions are everywhere). The doctor booked her an appointment, for quite a while away. This is so sad that the doctors don't want to get involved. I really wish the CDC would investigate this issue further so that it could be recognized as a disease instead of telling us all we are crazy. I wasn't able to get the black light tonight, because any store I'd gone to didn't sell them. I will be going to a store I know for a fact has one tonight. I'll keep you posted. Also, I had tried that red wine and peroxide test for Morgellons...anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, do you know if that's a reliable test. Both my mother and I had tested, and tested positive if it really is reliable.

Default incurable

so i've been going along since october 2009 with no symptoms or any traces of this thing...had pretty much put the whole episode in the past and gotten back to life as usual. i'd even started to believe maybe the whole thing was just some short-term lapse in sanity like the dr suggested...

last week i developed a little bit of a sore throat - this morning a 1" long piece of thin plastic fiber "hatched" from the back of my throat. painful is putting it mildly and my throat has been bleeding all day. i keep looking at this thing and wondering how it's even possible that it would be inside me.

for the first time, i'm really frightened by this disease and believe there's no way it will ever go away.
