| I am not sure if I have this condition. I did do a bath last night of peroxide and salt. Some very tiny white string looking things did look like they were starting to float in the water. There were also a couple of cloudy balls. (which looked more like mucous to me) When I drank some apple cider vinegar it looked liked some white very very small threads were coming out of my cheeks. I only seem to have WHITE. Also if it were systemic why would it only come out in a small area on my cheek? Does anyone else have only white? And is there a way we can suppress the smilies at the top of this message writing area, because the BARFING one is actually making me sick. Actually I wonder if the organizers would consdier removing it since the power of suggestion is very strong and if people here are already sick, seeing it everytime you write a mesage has a negative reinforcement. Thanks for any help i wish everyone comfort and healing, sprite. Sprite |

| Hi Seasprit, Welcome to the forum--glad you are here and hope you find some relief by following some of the suggestions. There is a way to turn off your smileys. In the top bar of the page (blue) push the profile button. You will now see a list in the box on the left side which has a heading which says MODIFY PROFILE, under that section push Lookout and Layout Preferencesand then you will see current smiley set next to the button which is probably now set on forum/board default. Just above the forum/board on this same button is the no smiley choice, set that button there (there are four choices on this button). After that, down at the bottom right of the page, push the change profile button. This changes your profile to remove all smileys from your layout. Good luck, understand about the barfy one. It is rather disconcerting to see it every time one posts, but happily this is easily changed. best, tcm

| Well Sprite I have the white but mixed with alot of dun colored ones as well. So I think color is due to perhaps enzymes. I know the brightly colored and the non burnable ones the meanest ones as well as the glittery fibers. How to know it is a fiber? It sticks to you in a way a hair does not do. Of course if it stings you it is a fiber. the diamter can also in many cases different from a hair it can also branch which is weird. Some think fibers have a outer casing, filled with organisms and act as a feeding tube (feeding on blood oxygen and the air I am guessing) and can protrude from a lesion or skin. The fibers also give off phermones and can attract insects to us. The fibers also grow over time which a regular hair would not do. I once had a velvet box grew "fur" over 3 days. Hope this helps, (LC). |
