| Hey just curious.... When I started getting acutely ill, noticed I regularly shed flying clouds on mirror and glass. Usually it consists of a very distinct pattern: It is like white or translucent thread in a circular pattern. Around the "circle-thread" lies a clearer film of dots encapsulated in an irregular circular gel glob. Oh, how I hope the recent alleged Dr. Harvey post about the IV mono therapy turns out to be validated as true. Even if they can not quite "cure" this, there has to come a day soon when the most maddening stuff is managed. Let's hope this is soon.. Employers don't wait three years for diseases to be recognized and another three years for a treatment to be published. Hanging on by more than one thread, but frustrated.. Y.T. |

| I cannot believe that after all this time of trying to stay away from here, I still have all the same issues as you and the new issues are my issues! I have this strange film on my car windows and the house windows and the mirrors. I have a film everywhere and I just want to crack because I am a clean and meticulous person and this is just not fair!! I look like a crazy person cleaning my car and house daily....well, for awhile, i slowed down and was feeling better, but I'm practically back to the very bad beginning. It's the rugs. Wall to wall on the groung floor facing a lake in south florida....it couldn't be better for this disease. Help. M

| M, I am by no means an expert on this. While in my case, I was less than perfect on the environmental side, it had appeared things were under pretty good antibiotic control with my Northeast winter. Thought as long as I took the antibiotics and avoided what I thought was making me ill I'd have this made. Now mind you I never did the Vanderbilt Protocol and can't rule out whether this may make difference next time around but... Come late April May here....you guessed it, BUGZ everwhere. My home happens to be pretty close to a tiny pond/reservoir with alage and who knows what the town puts in there to control mosquitos... who knows what the Canadian geese and bullfrog things that go Ewoop, Ewoop, Ewoop from May to Sept. here harbor. But in any case, the same spot gave me heck with white fibers, black polymer-like specks with translucent glittery designs.... The good news for me with antibiotics: no new substantial ulcers lesions; think it also kept some of the existing areas from growing into who knows what. It appears that neither have you failed nor will you be in remission again. There's a part of me that says, "move" to myself. and I don't' even have dependents or a mortgage. However, I know it will not be that simple. Waiting for some kind of "think-tank", be it the CDC, MRF, independent grant researches to tell us exactly what to do medically, environmentally. Now many of us, for many reasons do NOT have three of four years to fumble around with families, careers, etc. You're not in this alone. Wish we could all get some level of relief consistently. I am convinced what we are doing with antibiotics adds at the very least some control value. However, when we relapse for reasons unexplained and unsatisfying, it is at the moment less than comforting. Let's try to hang on by our own "threads", not the white ones, that something better may come along. Evan |

| Oh guys, as I type this and read the common factors that continually bring me back to this site, I cannot stop the tears from falling. I want this to end and I have to be patient, but it's just me and my 2 boys and the resources are running out. I thank God for my insurance and my brain and Him! I would have called it quits a long time ago. Thank you all for being my friend. I am so tired of being "weird" and I honestly was the popular girl in life (school, work, church, etc) Now, I don't really open my home up to others. I was the true Italian cooking and feeding everyone. Even after Hurricane Wilma when we had no electricity for a week and I just closed on this place and was broke for me, I cooked and had everyone over for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I miss me. I'll be back - right? M
