What problems has anyone had with their teeth since this started?

I ask this because now I am concerned as I have noticed by my gum on the side of a few teeth and on top of a few molars-there is a dark brown discoloration. I have had cavities before and I have never seen anything like this. So I am wondering from the medication or from the lyme/morgs? Either way it's dentist time.

hi lizette45 i hope you are well today. what i have had is something that looks like critters on my teeth up by my gums. mostly on the top ones and they ate one of my wisdom teeth in the back. there is nothing left but the shell. i cant use the peroxide to rince my mouth it makes me sick. since i have been using citrus listerine that has helped alot but it does burn. i no longer see the critters but i am sure they are still there just hidden. i dont know what the brown stuff could be maybe someone else will know. gumball

I am so sorry to hear you are going through this, yes the tooth is dying, they ate through my front tooth the back of it, not the tooth next to it, it dark and dying, I counted 13th teeth, they have gotten in to. So looks like dentures for me. The even got into the two new caps that I had put on this spring before I even new I had the disease. I spray my mouth with eco vie and I wash with baking soda and perioxide, and do listerine rinses. Somedays I rinse with salt, but there seem there is no way of stopping them. Most of the teeth are all cracking and soon will be falling apart. I don't know what to do. It would cost a small fortune to have all root canaled and then have the same thing happen, I am afraid of the blood to pull them. When I wash my mouth I also use a tongune cleaner. I saved the front tooth and will have my doctor sent it in as a sample. So sorry, please keep me updated as how are you going to handle yours. I am on plaqenil praying that it will kill them before the pulling of the teeth start. I am hear for you, there is not much left in my life anymore but to fight this disease and fight to get my animals healthy I own parrots and I love them way too much, when my husband was on the Submarine they were gone 80% of the time and when they were home they worked 14 hours a day. He is on shore duty now thank God. So he is taking care of the animals. No more daugther or grandson here, it is peaceful, but I pray that God will put a shield around my grandsons, for the one has this, and his Mom won't let me help him. I believe she has it, her eyelash's are aweful long, that is how I figure what was going on with my eyes and my eyelash's touch my eyeglass's, can't even were them that is why hubby drives me to the docs and to the health food store. I am so so sorry, Unclear. My computer is broke and I am using my husbands name, unclearshubby not to hard to remember. I spend a lot of time on my teeth, I spend a lot of time in the bathroom in general - like most of us.
If I eat certain things, such as bread, I get particles of 'something' coming through my gums and when I was really sick I had fibres come down.

I was really worried about my teeth and felt that I could never get a clean feeling in my mouth for too long. However, when I go to the dentist I never require any treatment but feel a bit embarrassed when he recommends closer attention to hygiene! Ironic - as I have never given my teeth and gums more attention.

I find that euthymol toothpaste or fennel toothpaste is pretty good or baking soda and apple cider vinegar rinse or some grapefruitseed extract. Recently my tongue is looking pinker and I am happy about that as I had the thickest white coating on my tongue. I don't know if this improvement is because I have been taking antibiotics and something else new that I take is Kyolic garlic.

I've been wondering about the same type of discoloration. I've noticed that between some of my teeth and at the gum line, I have this very dark tarter like markings on my teeth. My teeth are otherwise white and this seems like a very unusual pattern for me. I had been drinking some instant coffee for a while and I thought that it could be causing this so I stopped. Of course, in the back of my mind, I can't help but wonder....

I wish answers for us all!

I clean my mouth with all kinds of things and I do have the line that ate the first tooth, the dentist way back in Feb said I had swollen glands but went to my doc and it was gone, there is something called lump jaw read up about it, Google it. IT shocked me, as this dentist was voted the best on the island now every tooth he worked on or capped the next tooth over it dead. And I have no clue what to do, they are all cracking, too many to have root canals if they are in the gums and are going to get to the new caps also.

TCM13 how did you use the oil of oregano to wipe down your gums, what did you use to apply it and how much of it did you use. Would like to try that. Thanks Unclear

Hope you are doing okay.

The oil of oregano burns, if used without dilution, but that is what I did, used a small amount on a cotton swap (q-tip). If you accidentally get on tongue it burns like crazy (and it is hard not to get on tongue if on gums). Probably best to add some water to dilute it on the q-tip, so stong do not need more than drop or two in small amount of water. My tcm practitioner said to brush teeth with oregano oil (just a drop, diluted in water dip in brush). At that time mouth was so sore I couldn't do it (this was when it first started and I had huge morgs in lips). Will kill terrible germs in mouth, but it takes some getting used to especially the pain it can cause to mouth. Tissue are so delicate there, all over. Once put on lip skin, thought it would fall off, skin got hard, but eventually softened and some of the morgs came off. Not for faint of heart as is painful. And do not know if would be same effect for all, as some may have very delicate skin etc. So caution best, if trying this dilute before using at first and then see what works for you, be careful not to burn skin as it is so strong, why suggest if trying be sure to dilute.

Sounds too much for me now, that may send them to all of the teeth. When the plaqenil is killing them thanks. I do the listerine and it really burns. So Oil Of Oregano, I would of done it a few months back but maybe with the teeth being so ready to fall out, might not be a good idea. I did start with a dark gum line. And errosion of the teeth at the gumline. I just can't get myself to get to the oral surgeon to start the pulling afraid of what the Morgs are going to do. I am a lucky one no lesions on my face. Don't want any, have scars, were they must of been but not real leasions. Thanks TCM13. I took a day off the med today and I watched some TV for the first time in three months felt good. Next I think I will buy a little TV to take my baths in. That bathroom with stay empty of everything but our bathing stuff. So a TV and a Radio would be nice. I might decorate it a bit also, it was all done in Nemo but I could not see it on my walls and everywere in the bathroom, for my Grandson loved Nemo, and we have two Champion Koi fish in our pond and they had a baby, they are hard to look at, it's like Nemo and his Dad. I have never seen prettier fish and want to give them away because it hurts too much to see them. But I know it my heart of hearts that I will see my Grandsons soon. I watched something about fighting on Dr Phil today from last weeks show, and my daughter just want to be mean. There really was no motive to get anything sloved. Thanks Uclear
