| This gets so tricky. But I think I know what you mean...If you mean real bugs, as opposed to granulomas, fibers, etc....and believe me, I too have the variety of objects of all etiologies from my skin. For me, I most getting those little wolf-spider things. I found artemensin (wormwood), brought me the most relief. Others have sworn by Ivemectin. Though I didn't think that helped me a whole lot, it's another avenue that could also help you based on what you're saying The artemensin is hard to come by. I found capsules in a local health food store my Lyme Dr. mentioned. You can buy tincture of Wormwood at the Vitamin Shoppe chainstore. It isn't as strong, but may give you an idea whether it could help. The Ivemectin is tricky. Your Dr. could write you a prescription for Stromectol, which is the human version usually given for a day or two to treat scabies. I understand one well known Dr. treating this is using Ivemectin/Stromectol more often. There are other ways to get Ivemectin. I did try to adjust the dose for humans. However I don't know it's safe to assume a lb/lb linear ratio for humans. Potentially very risky without speaking to someone in the know. Can't recommend either of these therapies every single day, or long-term without medical supervision because of a potential for toxicity (like everything else). However since you are already working with a Lyme literate physician, it's worth mentioning these possibilities. If he's Morg. literate, then he may understand on some level and make suggestions. Also bear in mind, I have gotten a lot of benefit at times from putting a few drops of Lemongrass oil, or Menthol oil, in the aromatherapy section of health food store. While I found DEET did nothing and is royally toxic, these two do make a substantial impact for me on the real bugs. |

| Artemisinin capsules may be found on http://www.iherb.com, Doctor's Bestand the Allergy Research brand both. Everything extra 10% off until Oct. 4. BTW, artemisinin is not the same as the wormwood tincture from the West. Artemisinin is derived from sweet wormwood (artemisia annua) aka called sweet annie, a different species from the wormwood used normally in the West which is Artemisia absinthium.

| i have shed all kinds of scary stuff even pupa cases. however you can get beyond the insect stage. look at my bath tips. might be helpful. i know this is scary stuff but evil is always flashy like a bad magician. you CAN beat this bug thing, and get more of your life back. of course a bumpy ride and lots of ups and downs. see, good is much more subtle but much stronger. good will squash evil. this disease is evil, so do not despair. on this bumpy ride, you are not alone, (LC). |

| I had an awful relapse. I am "dusty" and so are my kids and the house. I don't know what to do. I changed all the meds again back to the old protocol. I have little black specs coming out of bumps on me. My fingers had clusters of dots around my nail bed and it honestly looked like a flesh eating disease or radioactive burns. I didn't know that it could get bad like that again. I spent the night coughing, crying and combing my hair. I believe my hair (there is a patch which feels like rubber bands) is part of the problem. I hope everyone feels better. It was a rough week for me. It had to do with a few too many hits and a more compromised immune system. Rough week. Melissa

| Hi MichelleJ So sorry to hear about your crappy week. I know how you feel. My hair looks like straw....I'm cutting it soon just to see if it will grow back somewhat healthy. To make matters worse I believe my youngest has this now. His face had an outbreak ( this week) of the little bumps. My heart sank because I tried very hard to keep bedding, clothes etc clean but I guess it wasn't enough. It's so hard to stay strong especially when ones children start showing signs. Most doctor's have no idea what this is...I get creeped out by the symptoms and theories....no wonder we get down. BUT...at least we have each other for support and know you are not alone. We're in this fight together.God Bless and a big {{{{}}}}} hug to ALL who is fighting this!!!! Sally ![]() |
