You might like to check out the Vital Choice canned salmon. They sell online--they try to get younger wild salmon. Many alternative health doctors suggest this company. They have a variety of seafood, tuna and salmon, fresh and frozen. I use their canned salmon, though I limit amounts as all fish, no matter how carefully fished has some mercury. I limit use to a can or so every month in my own case. At least this fish is not farmed.

A place this company suggests for meat is US wellness meat. I try to eat less of this sort of food, as I cannot afford it very often (not that and pay for herbs) and anyway, it is hard to disgest excess protein as we age. I look at the use of meat/seafood as a condiment to add to veggies etc. You know I am not advocating the wholesale use of seafood, not when I got sick with this from eating seafood. Still I think going the canned route from a company who is at least trying to get good quality fish, well, I will try that on occasion. But not everything out there is something I feel safe eating in today's world. Not ever again. It's sad isn't it?
