question- morgies and steroids

I am a little concerned. I did yard work- finally --this last weekend and now have blisters between 2 fingers that are spreading. I do not know if this is morgs or poison ivy. I was hoping it would go away, but if it is poison ivy, it only gets worse for me.
Has anyone taken a medrol pack -- what does it do to the morgies. The sores on my face are much better, so I really hate to do anything that compromises the progress I have made, but poison ivy is a booger for me.

I dont know what a medrol pack is but ive heard over and over again that steroids really flare up morgellons and lyme disease and is a huge NONO!

Maybe just a regular antihistimine would work?

Medrol is the pulsed out prednisone pack. I am trying to tough it out with benadryl and dry it with peroxide and calamine.
I was afraid of the steroids. Guess that tells me. My sores are much better, so the last thing I want to do is stir them up!

Hi Lindalu,

All I can say from my experience is that a few weeks before this happened to me I had had 2 steroid shots in my lower back about 3 weeks apart, and If I am not mistaken they can also lower your immune system too. I hope that your blisters heal up real soon. I do not like to hear that any of my friends here are suffering more than usual. I would like to say suffering at all-but for us all here that isn't realistic-as it is a day to day battle.
