| Hi, After talking with lady colorado I thought I might add some info on internal tx from an complementary medicine point of view. It is essential that the digestive system and the pathways to elimination are open. In chronic disease of this kind the digestive system starts to tighten up. The following are needed. 1. digestive enzymes with HCL 2 with each meal, Curcumin, anise, ginger, cardoman are all good digestive herbs 2. Consider adding bile if you bowels are sluggish (less than to a day) bile will also kill intestinal parasites or gallbladder herbs to move the bile 3. fiber to increase the transit time, Garden of life makes a good fiber powder from seeds. 4. Acidophillus and biotin, Allergy Research group makes a good acidophillus, jarrow also 5. Coffee enemas once per week with tea, also mild gallbladder flushes, check health freedom solutions forum section on the gallbladder Antiparasite herbs: Rain tree nutritionals: AP with added mexican spice epozoate Garlic: from Allimax Colliodal silver: from ACS200, Silver biotics from American biotech labs and Soveriegn Silver from Allergy Research Group All the above are very strong antimicrobial and antiparasite (except silver) supps. The above are from only a handful of internal supps on the natural side that will touch this aliment Regards Dr. Rick B 415-302-4397 |

| Something which I have found helps me to evict parasites from the kidneys is the Raintree Nutrition KDY-CL. Pushes the parasites out through my urine (in my experience). There are other parasite herbs in TCM which help when doubled, but I hesitate to post the standard teapill formula as it is very warming and may hurt those who are too hot inside which frequently happens when this problem first starts (even if it is fake heat). I would like to know more about Ayurvedic herbs as I feel the Indians may have a better handle on parasite herbs, but as Accu-doc mentions all those herbs like cumin, cardamon, anise etc already will only make this comment. These are all found in curries so adding these spicy foods to the diet could help. Care must be taken though not to overdo this. Some folks may be injured by too many hot spices which may dry the lungs causing other problems. The herbal concept in TCM says that what is going on in the individual's body is also important and so what may be good for one person may be the wrong way to go for someone else unless care is taken to tweak a formula to fit symptoms. Any particular recommendations as to brands for the bile supplement and when to time it (with meals, before or after)? Also digestive enzymes? In my own case I have to avoid plant based enzymes based on aspergillus as I react to them (mold allergies). Even Western parasite cleanses have helped me to an extent, but in themselves are not strong enough to quell all symptoms, just ameliorate to an extent IMHO. The problem is that this is in the blood stream and the lymph system, two places it is hard to eradicate parasites entirely (IMHO). As they probably can hide successfully in liver and gall bladder, especially when antibiotics are used, it is therefore probable that no antibiotic can entirely rid the body of parasites, fungi, bacteria etc. I am so happy that you are mentioning the importance of keeping the bowels and the kidneys flushed out. It is so important in all herbal traditions. A basic herbal concept to push out diseases. This is often suggested by herbalists (of whatever tradition) for almost patients except for those who are very weak physically (babies, extremely sick people, elderly). I had an herbalist add amargo (Rain forest herb) to her standard TCM formula (she ground her own herbals--I was at a loss when she moved from my area) for the gall bladder and that helped too. All herbs though need monitoring though. If used without help do not ignore adverse symptoms which could mean the herb(s) are not agreeing with you. Best wishes, tcmgpt13

| I would use the bile salt after meals. Raintree makes a good gallbladder formula. Li Dan Hua Shi Wan is a TCM formula for the gallbladder. Also Premier Research Labs make a Clear Gallbladder formula. Allergy Research has bile salts. With regards to enzymes for digestion I would take them with meals. With regards to plant based issues of mold I would think it is related to the person. With the bloodstream I was using quinine and homeopathic malaria along with artemisinin, garlic. Most herbs will get into the blood. Amanru looks good as it kills one celled parasites like babesia and trypanonsomes, which this may be related to. Tobacco is a great parasite remedy. I am wondering if there are any morgies who smoke. Nicotine is very anti insect and parasite. Good points regarding herbal medicine everything should be tailored to the person. On the issue of lymphatics. Chi machine, itres homeopathic formula from Perkana ( bioresources sell this) and lymphasol from Get Well International. Regards Dr. Rick B |

| Hi Accudoc, I'm fairly new so forgive me for not knowing who you are or what you do, if you have posted that info. Are you an accupuncturist? accupressurist? An ACCURATE physician? ![]() If you are a homeopathic or naturopathic practitioner or physician, you would SO be the one to ask about combinations of different treatments which have been posted here on this forum and which are safe, or not. | Wow, thanks for all this great information accudoc and tcm! BTW ... I'm a smoker as are a few others on the site and we've often wondered if in this case, smoking was actually beneficial -- in keeping Morgellons somewhat at bay. Very interesting ... ![]() (of cousre, not that I'm encouraging anyone else to take up this nasty habit...) P.S. Speaking of Ayurveda, my doc just added some herbs for blood and liver cleansing to my herbal mix |

| Hi Dr. Rick B, Great posts. Thanks for the extra info. Could you please tell me where to locate the amanru? When I google I am not finding this as an herb. Not on the raintree nutrition site either, so am unsure what this is. When I google it asked if I meant amaru, so I put this in on Raintree search engine under products and I got Chanca Piedra, but the only other name for that herb was the latin. So is this the herb you are talking about, or is it some other herb? I am very interested in perhaps adding whatever this herb is (maybe I am not doing adequate research, but I am not finding it) as I like the action it has, since you state it may be used for babesia. Adding this page here from curezone--great suggestions for treating parasites (which I think part of morgellons is) with some interesting suggestions. The silver and clove supplement sounds very interesting. Anyway here is the page: http://www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=857174 BTW have recently started on the Wobenzym. Thanks once again for the directions on using bile, enzymes etc. It is wonderful that we can all help each other get better. I am thinking I may research the Western herbal use of smoking herbs for health. It might be good for those who have a lot of mucous in the lungs, as even tobaco is heating to the lungs. Something I need to avoid (dry lungs) but I see it might possibly help those who have a lot of mucous in that area. Best, tcmgpt13
