I am not sure what to wear or what to sleep on anymore, I have look for non-cotton and can't seem to find anything, I am the one that has them in my hair and eyes bad, thinking about taking a trip to California Doctor. I am not doing well with this at all, it is really hitting me mentally, the fatigue, the only thing I really eat is dairy like soy milk, my teeth are all eaten up and I am doing all the protocols that are out there, waiting for my lymes test to come back. Mean time they think I have Gall Bladder problems and need surgery. Husband now has it bad, and he had the best immune system I had ever seen in a person. It was 21 years in the military before he ever had to take a sick day. That was last year when he had celulitis in his arm and his elbow was swollen for three months. Please help me. This is too freaky to handle. Thanks Unclear, and to Colorado lady thanks for all your help, did order the black seed.

yw unclear. i have posted on this topic before. some suggestions: try to find a plastic matress and pillow case covers it will make you life easier. another suggestion: do you have a family dollar close, or a walmart? IF NOT , try going to http://www.smartbargains.com/ do a search for satin sheets. under bedding and bath section they have some. oooh just foud place online has vinyl and waterproof matress cover neeto! here is the link: http://protectivebedding.com/Waterpr...FRDaYgodFDbE2A . good thaqt link worked for me was long. i would also recommend spraying bedding down with either ecovie or Kleen-Free naturally. both can be diluted put in spray bottle work well. i wanted to remind you of curtains, i removed mine and left the blinds as they used to drop the evil fibers on me. you can wash your bedding in ammonia (NOTHING ELSE, IT IS UNSAFE TO COMBINE THINGS WITH AMMONIA) you can also try borax or soak bedding in ecovie solution overnight. as far as clothing, well let me see what i can find. i hope you can order online i have a debit card to do so i know little about where you live out in pacific. a visa check card usually easy to get. i mention these things as i have rotten credit lol. i will do a seach on clothes later, you can wear denimn if tight weave or sythetic satin is the very best. take care hope this helps, (LC). the BEST thing to get control of you home is a dyson vacuum see homedepot or walmart online they carry them. pricey but much relief in that alone. folks add your ideas too for this sweet lady.

thanks I did order the mattress covers for all the beds and futons in the house, and I will remove the curtains even though I think because the back is vinyl it keeps the stuff from coming in the house, we have joulise windows, not the kind the you pull up and down to close like one solid piece of glass, all the bedrooms now have new windows but the other ones in the living room would have cost about 10 grand to do. We spray them all the time, we have this little vacuum from fuller brush, it's small but powerful and you can clean evey part of it. Maybe I will send the link to you on it, got it from QVC. It goes for around $80. This is all too much, Thank you for all your help and yes you can interview me when I catch my breath. Thanks again. Aloha Unclear

Unclear Good morning-hope that you are doing better today. I myself have tried to find satin sheets an haven't been able to. But I have actually moved onto my sofa for sleeping, I spray it everynight with an enzyme cleaner of some kind, use 2 sheets-they are cotton, usually have enough clothes to wash everyday for a full load, so wash them also. Cover the sofa with one and fold the other in half and crawl between.. As for the eyes, I read somewhere to put vaseline on the eyebrows and lashes before bed-so I do. I don't know if this will help-but maybe, as it helps me Also just be deligent with the baths-showeres and products. When I had it really bad on the head I would actually take a handful of salt and rub it on my head while batheing and I also rubbed diamateous earth into my scalp before going to bed a few times. The lesions have healed and no more itching, eggs. But even tho we all have this weird thing going on, it is to different degrees with different symptoms for all of us. As for the clothes-I still wear levis-but not tight, polyester tops-the sport type, as wells as polyester button up blouses. It does make a difference withthe fabric. Also the diet is major important as ladyC says. I now eat a lot of frozen vegetables, bread from the health food store, brown rice tortillas also. Strawberries,blueberries,pinapple-frozen or whatever is cheapest. I also drink a lot of smoothies made out of plain yogurt, one of the fruits, flax seed, cinnamon etc, and some sort of a powder with green stuff in it like chorella etc from the health food stores-I always look at the labels to find stuff with no sugar or hardly any in it as alot of the health food store stuff still has some sort in it. A lot of stuff now has splenda or something in it-like jams. Also almond butter or soy and almonds. I do once in a while eat sugar free candy-but can cause stomache cramps in some people if eat too much. I don't know where you live-but I wentto King Soopers and they actually had some of the stuff I had bought atthe health food store-cheaper. Also stevia is good. Myhouse is pretty empty except for the main furnishings as thru away a lot of useless stuff. Altho I have this-I think in my case my house is not as bad as a lot of us as was a new house and as soon as symptoms begain I did research and went into a frenzy with all of the protocols. I just had the lyme test done and am waiting for results. God Bless

believe it or not, i look at dollar general, family dollar and walmart alot. this is how i find those type of clothes. if you canot find it , look for synthetic. rayon is okay, because of the type weave it is, the fibers have difficulty getting into it. i have some hawaiian shirts of that fabric. glad to be of help, i remember the stage of figuring out what to wear and how to make myself more comfortable. before i found this place i was sleeping in a nylon sleeping bag and spraying plastic covered box spring with kleenfree, slathering hot ice on myself and using vaseline for my orifaces. it was hell. glad to be of help, (LC).
