Morgellons and Drug Abuse

I just felt a need to make a post on this subject matter esp for the newbies and non believers out their. Morgellons and drug abuse have no connection at all! Morgellons is not a symptom of any type of drug abuse. The reason some believe their is a connection is because Meth Heads see or feel bugs (among other things) on them and have sores on their bodies. These symptoms are due to their drug abuse and have no relation to morgellons at all, in any shape or form. My personal friend who is sick has never touched a drug in his life. He hardly took medication before he got sick. Their are quite a few ideas on what morgellons is about, but drug abuse is not one of them. Please do the research before making any judgments on sick people.

Ditto. Morgellons has NOTHING to do with drugs or delusions. Having this and/or the disregard by the medical community may DRIVE YOU TO DRINK or do drugs!!! Maybe meth heads have some reactions that sound similar- ie sores, itchies, etc, but that is a totally different situation. The people I have interacted with here are almost all highly intelligent, sane, drug free people who are dealing with a nightmare situation. I cannot believe there is ANY high good enough to put up with a nightmare like this!

Thanks for this Franky! My only exposure to drugs was a brief, rebellious pot-smoking phase at 14 (and that was a looooooong time ago hahaha).

If anything, I've recently been wondering if prescription meds I was prescribed for ADHD could have played a part (by lowering my immune system). Just something else to consider...

Why then, did the Menomonie, WI. Police almost haul me away when I called them about CHEMTRAILS one day last week?? They turned the whole thing around and accused me of being a Meth user! I showed them my pretty little scars and instantly acussed me of meth using. Do they know something the rest of us don't? Could there be a link and they are not telling us! They even had the nerve to threaten me with the removal of my daughter for self diagnostics. They people that are in charge of everything seem to me to be the dumbest batch of humans I have ever laid eyes on!! I am very mad at our system and I for one demand an answer to all the madness since the BUSH REGIME TOOK OVER!!! This stuff is coming out of the sky and I for one want answers now! Oh, by the way, I am not ashamed to admit that I am no angel when it comes to using. Could it be that our administration knows that alot of users are very, very intelligent and need to eliminate use due to that fact? Just a thought that I had!

Thanks for posting this message! The only thing that I ever did was try pot once when I was a teenager. And I also do avoid using any kind of prescribed meds when possible or even hate taking tylenol. I think there is always going to be someone out there coming to their own conclusions because they do not understand. Or luckily are not dealing with what we are.

I just have a question. Do people who believe in chemtrails actually believe their government is trying to kill them? How in the world could an elite group within our government systematically dispense poisons or whatever out the back of jets year after year and get away with it, if there was such a group?

jssd Are you saying anyone who has morgellons is a user .If you are you couldn`t be more wrong.Meth users have the feeling of bugs crawling on them and I think thats where people get mixed up.
Why are so many children being infected if this was the case. I know a hundred other morgellons sufferers now .They are just ordinary people who want to get on with their lives and care for their families.Not one of them is a drug user. Carla
