| I live in South Africa and Morgellons is here too. It is widespread through all our rainbow population and I know this is so. I too contracted this disease about 18 months ago and I know where, when, how and perhaps why... and I no longer have it. I have initmately studied and documented this disease within my own body and I have witnessed the horror of it. Make no mistake, it is very real, it is pathalogically disturbing and it can be dramatically horrible depending on how developed it is within the body. It manifests and develops at different rates in sufferers and some have external indications (such as lesions) and some do not. Lesions are not the only external indications. Please understand that the skin manifestations (lesions/sores) is not Morgellons as such, it is only a confirmation of infection!! Morgellons Disease is a highly contagious (at times) disease which affects every main organ (except the heart although the cardio-vascular system is affected as a whole) as well as ever major system within the body. It is a self-generating, self-sustaining affliction and I can directly relate to the vast majority of reported manifestations from across the world. I am not delusional or psychotic but I am a very experienced engineer and technologist with an acute understanding of such things. Particularly Morgellons. I have researched how it transmits, how it infects and how it behaves and what it does. Pray David that you never develop Morgellons! Here is a poem which I recently wrote to perhaps explain..... I have seen the lesions and the fibers and I have studied them. I have grown the hairs and shed the flakes and analyzed them. I have felt the “bugs” and found them. I have seen my friends and found it in them. I have had the tubes and closed them. I have coughed and squeezed the slime of them. I have felt the filters and extracted them. I have found the secrets and simplified them. I have determined the complexes and ruined them. I have plucked the roots and poisoned them. I have understood the determinations and defeated them. I exposed the defenses around them. And finally I disposed of them. There is no defined cure yet, no clear diagnosis and the methods of infection have not been determined. I know a great deal about this thing called Morgellons.... Greetings from South Africa |

I am very fortunate and blessed indeed and I do wish to share my experiences and knowledge about this affliction. There is more than a glimmer of hope but I have found it to be almost impossible to find medical people to work with. Without arrogance and in all humility, I believe that I know more than many of the leading researchers about Morgellons but what a mission to find scientists with broad vision and without agendas or pre-conceived fixations! Morgellons is a very complex affliction and almost genius in its capability to confuse and terrify the sufferer. It is NOT a skin disease. Many sufferers have no skin lesions at all (that they know of) but all sufferers can be identified by other skin indications which seem not yet to have been confirmed by scientists. Many of the potions and lotions offered are way off the mark and are focused on the skin only. Because of the complexity, it is difficult to explain bit-by-bit and impossible to offer a quick-fix although the actual solution is not that complex but does border on "fringe medicine" - something which the regular medical fraternity frowns upon. |

| I signed up in order to be able to read posts and maybe post. But the organization is slightly confusing to start. Also, I'd like to know who runs this site and haven't seen that info. I got the first Morg. symptoms 10 years ago & suffered with sarcastic dermatologists before there was even a word for this disease. Eventually, when the Internet developed, I searched & found sufferers in common. I gave up on MDs until recently, and 3 of them told me outright: I can't do anything for you. I can't help you, and I don't care. Since the entities have been in my ears, nose, and throat (for years), I also went to that type of MD (without talking about Morg.--just the symptoms, and without bringing my little vials of specimens). He found nothing out of the ordinary. That's all I have to say for now. But I could say much more. |

| Hello Semia, I can really relate to the dr issue!i also gave up on them.i only go to the ER when necessary. you will figure out how to navigate this site.if i did anyone can. i discovered the internet when i became very ill out of complete desperation! but you have found a wonderful place to start feeling better.be wary of people who know all the answers and know what you need tobe well again(B.S).It is such a shame when people try to take advantage of people who are as sick as we are! but there really are some awesome people on our site that will give you some great advice very willingly just because they really want to help others! you are inthe right place ![]() Welcome!
