Colds, viruses

Since my daughter got this disease, she's been getting one cold after another. It starts with a sore throat, then she gets stuffy, then she coughs for several days. It lasts about 3 weeks, then she's fine for a week or so and then it starts again. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any advice?

I don't know if it is the Mg affecting her respiratory system, or just that is affecting her immune system making her very vulnerable to viruses.

I appreciate any positive help (please no scary stories!)

A wonderful product called Sambucol which I have used for me and my boys successfully for years can be purchased at Whole Foods and GNC. It is expensive, but I found it through a link of Dr. Schaller's at an online store called Vitacost for almost half price. It has elderberry as one of the main ingredients. The MD/researcher/virologist behind the product is out of Israel and I have been very pleased with this for 4 years.

Try lactose acid in the nasal cavities and also gargle with it. This will allow the nasal cavity to clear out all the stuffiness and your sinuses will run several days straight. Also kefir may help your daughter improve.
