Hey BugSick, Just stumbled upon a similar reference to a wastewater treatment plant in Texas on The New Morgellons Order site (cherokeechas.com) ... under May's Morgie of the month (see second story). Since it's already out ther in cyberspace was just wondering ... is this the same treatment plant your husband worked at? Scary stuff... http://209.85.165.104/search?q=cache...lnk&cd=5&gl=us

Here is a very interesting time table 1972 - papers signed to stop biological warfare science.... Late 70's - Big Announcement microbes are going to save our environment.... We believe it is the technology used for bio warfare science used in the making of these NANO designer bugs for the environment.....they just couldn't leave well enough alone....and thought this would be safe.....WELL GUESS WHAT.... Early 80's - First new cases of DOP reported..... Late 80's - Folks around Lake Tahoe diagnosed with Chronic Fatique Syndrome.....all with the same symptoms joint pain, brain fog, overwhelming fatique the whole nine yards (saw this book at second hand store the other day while in town and just what I read all fit right into our sceanario of using these NANO designer bugs for environment - was Lake Tahoe using these back then - who knows - I bet they were) It seems to me that is when research into these NANO designer bugs SHOULD HAVE STARTED and if proper COMMUNICATION had of been in order between the EPA and the Medical Community it would have......but denial from the EPA that their BUGS has anything to do with the increase in parasite infections since they started releasing these things has allowed this to spread 20 years and in the process new and unexplained diseases have also increased including Fibromyalgia Premature births - this transfers from mother to baby my husband's daughter is proof of that Attention Deficit Disorders (ALL of them) Unusual Rashes Sleep Disorders and bed wetting brought on by infection This disease has been speaking volumes for years now.....BUT because there was NO COMMUNICATION from the EPA to our medical profession as to WHAT was being released into the environment never happened..... NO PROPER TESTING was in place or TRAINING the medical profession what to watch for and new and proper testing to ensure the public was protected and never once has a proper investigation into these NANO designer bugs has been done......these are NANO'd and why it stealth's lab testing......THEY WERE NOT PREPARED I would love to see the stats on DOP since the mid 70's.......once considered a rare condition is out of control....and no one questioned WHY?? a rare conditon would be out of control.......or lets look at premature births and the stats on that......there were so many HINTS all around but because we have dividied the body into so many parts and doctors don't look at the whole patient just his little PART they would have seen that this was much much more than just a horrific skin condition for the symptoms spell it out plain as day this disease effects the whole person in many pain staking symptoms..... I presented them with truth......truth to why my husband was infected at his job and then infected me and our pets and family members that have stayed as guests in our home and some friends and co-workers that were closer and visited our home...... Here is a good one..... as I said these were so NANO'd that a drop of water was an ocean in comparison....my husband would be maintaining the blowers necessary for these things to live still running......sending a mist into the air all around him and his co-workers.....no telling where these could travel with a good stiff wind blowing.....these things could be air bound in that mist NO PROBLEM..... if any of you live near a wastewater treatment plant I bet that is your culprit.....or One fellow Morgie that keeps in close contact swears he was infected in the early 80's from CHEMICAL FREE pesticide for termites.....this NANO designer bug was to bore into the termite and kill it.....again, No Safety Regulations for the ones working around this stuff.....he now has Morgellons and he got to thinking....how could this NANO designer bug know the difference between a termite and his fingers.....well it couldn't.....he said this treatment was more expensive than your typical termite treatments and the company really pushed its employees to recommend because it was CHEMICAL FREE and had offered employees bonuses as insentive.....his hands are being eaten alive he says and now spreading to other parts of his body like head, face, neck just like the rest of us.... I am sure these CHEMICAL FREE pesiticides have been used without much concern for anything because for 25 years they have been told these were SAFE......and little regulations or controls on these products because they were SAFE......all again leading to the BLUNDER OF THE CENTURY..... The one thing that really is the most shameful is At least third world doctors working under primitive conditions acknowledge "Parasite infections" doctors in the richest nation in the world with wonderful education available, modern hospitals and top notch equipment have FAILED us......it has been proven over and over LACK of COMMUNICATION is the failure of most endeavers.....and boy have they FAILED US on this one.... There NEEDS TO BE A FORMAL INVESTIGATION of our EPA and their NANO Designer Bugs that should have been done 20 years ago....when all these mystery diseases starting appearing.....it really doesn't take rocket science when a whole maintenance crew is sick from your NANO Desginer BUGS.....

Leishmaniasis This is what I found about this subject: Lesion The characteristic lesion at onset was an indolent papule, resembling an insect bite. At first, it was painless and did not itch. Subsequently, the small red papule enlarged and the center developed a thin crust, becoming slightly dimpled. Ulceration occurred in the center and formed a thick, rough crust or scab which was difficult to remove. The ulcer, from 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter, was surrounded by a raised red, firm, liplike edge. The number of lesions ranged from 1 to 3 in 204 patients and from 4 to 29 in 193 patients. The majority of the lesions occurred on the extremities, but the face, ears, and neck were also involved. In two patients, lesions were present on the penis. DIAGNOSIS The diagnosis was established without difficulty in the majority of patients. A stained smear of material removed from beneath the crust provided the most valuable diagnostic information. In 387 cases, the first smear was found to contain Leishmania tropica; in 9 cases, 2 smears were necessary; and in 1 case, 3 smears were made before L. tropica could be demonstrated. Fifty-three patients with a clinical diagnosis of cutaneous leishmaniasis had two or three negative smears and were not treated. In 49 of these patients, spontaneous healing occurred in an average time of 7.3 weeks. It was assumed that these patients were in the healing stage when first seen. Treatment was almost entirely carried out in dispensaries, and those affected could perform their usual military functions. No patients were returned to the United States because of this infection, and no patient was given a medical discharge because of it.

UPDATE on Leishmaniasis from Paris Researchers.....this could be the start to help for us Morgellons sufferers..... Here is the update in the news this morning PARIS (AFP) - Gene sleuths believe they may have identified potential chinks in the parasite that causes leishmaniasis, a disfiguring and sometimes fatal disease that afflicts some 12 million people around the world. Their comparison of three species of protozoa that cause most cases of leishmaniasis could be a boon for drug engineers, whose budgets for tackling this neglected disease are already slender. British-led scientists compared the genetic code of Leishmania major, which causes the cutaneous form of leishmaniasis, with those of L. infantum and L. braziliensis, which cause the more dangerous, visceral form of the disease, also called kala-azar. What struck the researchers was that these parasites were very similar genetically, even though they cause very different types of disease. Each genome has more than 8,000 genes, but only 200 of them differ across the three species. "The degree of similarity between these species was unexpected," said Deborah Smith, a professor at the University of York, northern England. "Perhaps only a few parasite genes are important in determining which type of disease develops after infection, and the host genome plays a major role in clinical outcome." Another surprise was to find a small number of genes that have never been spotted before. Fellow investigator Chris Peacock described these novel genes as a "short cut" that could help the pharmaceutical quest. "Given their lack of similarity to human genes, they present a limited repertoire of potential targets for drug and vaccine development, allowing researchers to optimise the use of limited resources." The Leishmania parasite is transmitted in the saliva of sandflies, who tuck in to a blood meal on humans, wild animals and dogs. Around 350 million people in 88 countries are "at risk" of the disease, whose incidence has risen sharply over the past decade, according to the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, a British medical research charity that led the genome comparison. The frontline affordable drug, sodium stiboglucomate, marketed as Pentostam, is running into bad resistance problems, leaving many doctors with the option of more expensive treatment that, in the case of visceral leishmaniasis, can cost up to 150 dollars for a four-week course. Cutaneous and mucosal leishmaniasis results in painful, crater-like lesions on the skin. Visceral leishmaniasis, which affects the spleen and liver, causing fever and weight loss, is fast becoming an opportunistic disease among people whose immune systems have been compromised by the AIDS virus. The study appears on Sunday in the journal Nature Genetics. __________________________________________________ ___________ I don't know about everyone else but I sure have noticed more and more topics in the news relating to parasites and disease lately and it could be from our aggresive proactive work that is happening in the background that we don't think people are taking notice to...... Keep up the proactive letters and emails.... denial and ignorance is NO EXCUSE and is allowing parasites to sicken our planet.... the medical community will be SHOCKED as more of us come for help from parasitic infections that eventually cause chronic illness to those suffering....WHAT A MESS THEY HAVE CREATED....

well, i get scared when this disease is brought up, yes leishmaniasis like morgellons, but a word of caution: franky did post awhile back on a medical study: they gave 15 morgellons patients a medicine for leishmaniasis, and guess what? THEY ALL DIED, ALL 15! so, similarites , it is also parisitic disease, but even though morgellons not fatal the medicine is bad for us! could it be because we actually have biological or chemical differences from those with leishmaniasis? i tend to think YES. just a word of caution, (LC).
