Hi everyone..... I think I've got some good news for all those suffering from impaired immune systems and it's a totally natural substance made from wheat-germ. It's called Avemar and I was told about it by the complimentary medicine chap I see in London. It was the winner of the NutrAward 2006 for the best new product of the year.
Experiments have shown that it has a multiple effect on the immune system. It is not an immunostimulant, and has a modulating/integrating effect. i.e. it restores impaired immune functions, but also corrects immune reactions which are pathologically over-stimulated. it benefits immune system activity, slows ageing and fights cancer.... I'm now on it and so is my husband, Andy, for the blood cancer he has.
I've been on it now for three days and have to say, I've had more energy. actually felt like doing some gardening today...! .Whether it's this or not is probably too early to tell, but I'll let you all know how it goes. It certainly sounds very promising and could help us all to feel a lot better.

I guess this has got a bit lost in the system, but I do hope some of you will look at it. Another day, and I've got so much more energy.... as I said, whether it's avemar or not is a bit early to tell, but if it really does what it says to sort out the immune system then it must be good for so many of us. At least now it'll be saved in the health system... It's a bit expensive I'm afraid, but I think my chappie has to get it from the States, so it could be a bit cheaper there. anyway, good luck and thoughts to all, I feel we're getting there slowly but surely..
