Get out your blender, go to the store, buy some kifer or yogurt with LIVE and active bacteria, a fresh pineapple, banana, strawberries, grapes, freeze the grapes or strawberries so as to keep the concoction very cold.

It would not be a bad idea to buy grapes WITH SEEDS,

You can use actually any mixture of fruit but always use the pineapple it is very high in roughage and digestive enzymes.

Then buy oats, bran, or BULGAR and grits, real grits not the minute stuff.

The Bulgar and grits is just a little less reactive in the colons for people that do not tolerate wheat.

Load up the blender, use a juice to keep the mixture drinkable.

The taste is great and it will nourish you completely with good food and scrap out the colon.

When I had a colonostopy the doctor said he had not seen a cleaner colon.
