Every one who kmows please list all the ways of doing a total colon cleanseI am going to a hotel for this so i can rest no obligations no guilt.Other friend and family mebers face it we are soooo sick,here I would have to take narcoy\tic pain killers to get through the day .but in a space by myself i hope to get well I start today at 3o pm and I wont have much time so please give me the answers I need I can beat this so can all of you but as always I need your help So much Thank you in advanced This is my chance as my family members tell me after this they dont want to hear it but Ive been praying to JESUS plese help me love.......terri

My doctor sells it out of his office. You might try calling natureopathic/holistic doctors in your area to see if anyone carries it. Otherwise, you will have to order it on-line.

I've seen some colon cleanse kits in Walmart that are also sold in health food stores. It's a brand I believe at least some posters here have used successfully. Sorry, I don't remember the name off hand. I have used Dr. Natura in the past which is sold online.

Sometimes the liver is also sluggish. If you still don't feel good after a colon cleanse some herbalists suggest liver cleansing. You need to complete the colon cleanse before starting a liver cleanse. During liver cleansing it is important that you have a bowel movement every day so the toxins move out of the body.
